Small Parcel Station
This article introduces how to complete small parcel shipping process on Vision Pro WMS App. It helps workers to optimize the efficiency and accuracy in processing small parcel shipping.
Preconditions
Please ensure that all of the following data and equipment have been prepared before executing the small parcel shipping via Vision Pro.
- Installed WMS App on your Apple Vision Pro.
- Your account’s badge with QR code.
- Finger scanner.
- 4x6 shipping label printer.
- Packing list printer.
- Weight Scale.
Steps
Please follow the steps below to complete the process.
- Login to WMS App via scanning the user’s badge
- Go to Settings > Device Hub Settings, setup the parameters of label printer, regular paper printer and weight scale. For how to connect these devices, please refer to Device Connections (opens in a new tab).
- Return back to home page, then tap Small Parcel Shipping Station.
- Tap the input box to scan DN # / LP# / Tote ID / Task ID / SN to start the shipping process.
- It will display the details of the order, including the order ID, carrier, item information and etc, please tap Multiple Packages button.
- Tap Select under Shipping Box option to choose the existed Shipping Box, it will fill in the dimension automatically.
- Take the corresponding box and place it on the weight scale, then tap SCAN SKU/UPC to add product to scan the item and put it into the box.
- If the order requires to split to multiple packages for shipping, please tap Add Package button at the top right corner to add a new package. Then please repeat step 6 and step 7 to configure the shipping box and add products. If there is anything incorrect on this package, you can tap Delete Package to delete the incorrect data and add again.
- If the all packages have been added, please check Packing List then tap Print Label to print labels.
After successfully print, it will popup a window to remind. If you want to start a new shipment please directly tap Start New Shipment; if not, please tap Done to close it.
