item DI

  • New Features

    1. Added a centralized Dashboard module to provide a unified view for real-time system monitoring. This consolidates key metrics across Active Merchants, Channels, and Flows, streamlining system management and proactively mitigating integration failure risks.

    2. Added the Flow Notifications Subscription feature. Users can now proactively monitor their integrations by subscribing to failure, warning, or error alerts for specific merchant flows via Email, SNS, or internal messaging. (Navigate to Workspace > Messages > Subscriptions).

  • Amazon Integration Updates

    1. Updated the OrderSync-Amazon FBM-ToOMS-Realtime-V1 and AmazonFbm-Orders-To-Netsuite templates to align with recent changes to the Amazon getOrder API endpoint, ensuring accurate data mapping.

    2. Enhanced the AmazonDF-SalesOrders-To-Netsuite flow to accurately map Ship Method fields when pulling orders from Amazon DF to NetSuite.

  • Integration Enhancements & Flow Updates

    1. Added strict inventory validation logic when syncing orders from NetSuite to the WMS, updating the StronSalesOrderFulfillmentRouting flow to prevent out-of-stock routing.

    2. Added merchant and tenant selection capabilities to WooCommerce and Amazon-related flow templates. The system now automatically passes the exact Tenant ID via the header to OMS.

    3. Added new mapping logic for the Total Insurance Account field on Item records for orders syncing from 365BC to UnisWise via the Sysonic-OrderSync-365BC-ToWMSV2 flow.

  • NetSuite & Wayfair Integration

    1. Carrier Mapping: Mapped Wayfair's shipSpeed to the WMS Delivery Service field to ensure accurate downstream label generation.

    2. Inventory Validation: Added a stock-level check when syncing orders from Wayfair to NetSuite. If warehouse inventory is insufficient, the order is automatically set to Pending Approve for manual review and will not be pushed to WMS.

    3. SKU Reconciliation: When syncing tracking and fulfillment data from NetSuite back to Wayfair, the system returns the Original SKU if the NetSuite item line name differs.

    4. UI Tracking: Added a SEND TO UNIS field on the NetSuite Order Details page to clearly indicate if an order has been successfully transmitted to WMS.

    5. Flow Improvements: Optimized the Sync-Dropship-PO-Wayfair-ToNetsuite and TrackingPush-Netsuite-ToWayfair templates.

  • NetSuite & Walmart DSV Integration

    1. Inventory Sync: Supported inventory sync from NetSuite to Walmart DSV. Users can now specify the target NetSuite warehouse and apply inventory buffers via the Sync-Netsuite-Inventory-To-WalmartDSV flow.
  • Orderful & Amazon Integrations

    1. Amazon 753 (Routing Request): Extended Orderful integration to support Amazon EDI 753 via the new Orderful Amazon 753 WMS flow.

    2. Amazon DF: Enhanced workflows to support dynamic field value assignments to WMS. Added Order Acknowledgement (ACK) logic upon the successful retrieval of Amazon DF orders.

  • TikTok V3 Integration & Labeling

    1. Data Transfer: Supported TikTok V3 integration for automating Push Order, Cancel Order, and Update Inventory processes using four new flow templates:
      tiktok_order_to_oms_v3
      tiktok_cancelledorder_to_oms_v3
      inventory_oms_v3_to_tiktok
      TrackingPush-OMSV3-ToTiktok

    2. Label Routing: Mapped the shippingLabelChannel field to accurately pass the exact TikTok shipping type (TIKTOK vs. SELLER) to OMS.

  • Platform Enhancements

    1. Multi-Tenant Flow Configurations: Added tenant selection capabilities to the following flow templates:
      orderful_bucket_sync_oms
      OMS_shipment_push_orderful_856
      shopify_orders_to_oms_v3_basic
      shopify_cancelled_orders_to_oms_v3_basic
      inventory_oms_to_shopify_v3_basic
      shipment_oms_to_shopify_v3_basic

    2. Merchant Management: Added a CRM Customer selection dropdown to map existing customers when creating new merchants. Introduced a Hide Disabled toggle and alphabetical sorting to the Merchant List page.

item OMS

  • System Enhancements

    1. Expanded out-of-the-box support for standard channel integrations (Shopify, Shein, Amazon FBM, TikTok). This enables quicker, more intuitive flow configurations for new merchant setups.

    2. Upgraded the Integration module to automatically pass the current Tenant ID when users add or configure new flow settings.

    3. Added a new Unit CT (Carton) to UOM (Unit of Measure) mapping capabilities (V2).

    4. Multi-Tenant API Routing: Enhanced the Inventory Query API to dynamically resolve the exact WMS endpoint based on the Tenant ID.

    5. Labeling Source Tracking: Added the shippinglabelchannel field to OMS orders (e.g., TIKTOK, SHEIN, DEFAULT) to dictate proper downstream label generation logic.

    6. EDI Shipment Management: Added the ability to delete EDI shipments, allowing users to resend Delivery Confirmations (DC) using the same Shipment ID.

  • Product Management & UI Optimizations

    1. Streamlined Shein Product Management by introducing improved editing permissions, dynamic image loading, automated duplicate SKU checks, and a new bulk inventory adjustment feature to accelerate daily catalog operations.

    2. Upgraded the Product List UI to deliver a smoother user experience. Key updates include renaming parent SKU to seller parent SKU for better clarity, upgrading the interface for bulk operation pop-ups (price, publish, and inventory edits), and improving list displays and search filter mechanics.

  • Flexible Order Management Lifecycle

    1. Introduced a new Auto-Allocation option within the Warehouse Allocation action. This feature reduces the need for manual decision-making and accelerates overall order fulfillment efficiency.

    2. Support canceling orders that are currently stuck in the Deallocate status. This critical update resolves historical zombie order issues.

  • Bug Fixes

    1. Resolved a critical issue where DCs for orders pushed by DI were incorrectly transmitted to the EDI system. Added strict Order Source validation (DI/EDI) alongside the existing Merchant check to guarantee accurate routing.

    2. Addressed a data inconsistency between CRM and DI that previously caused the system to return empty results when querying connected channel data.

    3. Accurate Order Splitting: Resolved a critical logic error where orders containing identical SKUs were being incorrectly split, ensuring accurate order fulfillment across all warehouse scenarios.

LSO

  • Exception Handling & Operations

    1. Introduced new operational actions for exception orders within the Small Parcel module: Mark as Discard, Mark as Lost, and Mark as IQA.

    2. Added image upload requirement (validating format, size, and quantity) when users execute Discard, Lost, or IQA actions to ensure proper audit trails.

    3. Support sending a Scancode=DIS message to LSO immediately after a Discard operation.

    4. Updated confirmation button labels for these new actions and included the operator's name within the system event logs.

  • Order Management

    1. Support for manually executing the Mark as Delivered action for LSO orders when required.

    2. Removed the sub-statuses display for Delivered orders following a POD event.

    3. Support clicking directly on the AIRBILL NO when querying archived small parcel orders to access the full details page instantly.

  • UI/UX Corrections

    1. Corrected an inaccurate export limit prompt when downloading active orders; the system now correctly displays the actual limit of 20,000 records.
  • Feature Enhancements: Return to Shipper (RTS)

    1. Label Generation & Print: Users can now generate and print (letter size) labels for orders in active, non-terminal statuses and reprint return labels directly from the Order Details page.

    2. UI Updates: Added a Return to Shipper action to the Order Details page. When selected, the Terminal field defaults to empty, and the Signature Req field now defaults to empty when generating new orders via RTS.

    3. Archived Orders: Added query support for archived small parcel orders.

    4. Bug Fix: Fixed a 6-hour timezone discrepancy between new order creation and RTS operations caused by a mismatch between LSO API outbound calls and WebScanner SNS inbound processes.
