2026-01-04

Important Notice: Domain Update (Action Required)

  • Effective January 4, 2026, the production domains for Item DI and Item OMS have been updated as follows:

    • V3 Production
    • Item DI: https://di.item.com/
    • Item OMS: https://oms.item.com/
    • V2 Production
    • Item DI: https://di.item.com/v2
    • Item OMS: https://oms.item.com/v2
  • The legacy domains will remain available during the transition period to ensure continuity.

Platform Enhancements

  • Embedded the MCP Management module into Marketplace Central, providing a new entry point for MCP server review outside of Item DI.

  • Enhanced the Logo Upload feature across all modules, allowing flexible image sizes with automatic system resizing to a unified standard.

  • Added Tenant Name and Company Code display on the Merchant Profile page, with copy support for easier identification and configuration.

  • Added support for Shein product synchronization, enabling:

    • Pulling products from Shein
    • Updating and pushing products from OMS back to Shein via the flow Sync-Product-Shein-To-OMSV3.

QuickBooks Integration

  • Automated invoice creation and synchronization for manual outbound shipments processed in UNIS Wise.Supported Data Flows:

    • Invoice Sync to OMS: Retrieve invoices from QuickBooks (excluding warehouse-tagged invoices) and create corresponding Sales Orders (SO) in OMS.
    • WMS Outbound to QuickBooks: Create new warehouse-tagged invoices in QuickBooks for manually created outbound orders (DN) in UNIS Wise with a Picked status.
    • Shipment Status Sync: Automatically update QuickBooks invoice status to Shipped upon delivery confirmation (DC) from UNIS Wise.

Lenovo Integration (EDI)

  • Introduced a full EDI integration with Lenovo ERP, automating outbound, inbound, and inventory workflows via API.

Outbound Order Fulfillment

  • Get outbound orders from Lenovo and create DN in WMS
  • Send electronic order confirmations (ACK) and shipment notifications (DC)
  • Sync order status updates (Planned / Shipped)

Inbound Receipt Processing

  • Receive inbound instructions (factory ASNs and local purchase orders)

Data Mapping & Flow Enhancements

  • Added a Data Channel Account field to WMS order details to improve third-party connector mapping accuracy in DI.
  • Improved order fulfillment accuracy by mapping Ship From (Amazon) and Ship Node (Walmart) values from sales channels to internal warehouse locations in NetSuite.
  • Enhanced Flow Logs with HTTP node retry visibility,Fixed cross-tenant log query issues, Improved UUID and data key search and Optimized time-range queries with a default 7-day look back.

Cin7 Omni Integration

  • Added support for integrating with Cin7 Omni, enabling the following data flows:
    • Retrieve Sales Orders (SO) from Cin7 and push to OMS
    • Sync tracking numbers from OMS back to Cin7
    • Retrieve Purchase Orders (PO) from Cin7 and push to OMS

System Enhancements

  • Added a tenant-switching entry under the application name on internal system pages, allowing users to switch tenants without re-login.
  • Added a Merchant filter to the My Flows list for quicker flow lookup at the merchant level.
  • Optimized the default Flow Name generation rule, now following the pattern: MerchantName – TemplateName – FlowSuffix.
  • Added support for pushing Lot No to the Additional details field on Shopify orders when syncing tracking numbers.
  • Added data mapping logic for Shopify orders, introducing the new Original Data Channel field under the Platform Info section (alongside Source) to better track order origin.

NetSuite Integration

  • Support integration with NetSuite, enabling automated order, fulfillment, and shipment data sync across systems. Data flows include:

    • Retrieve orders from Shopify and push to NetSuite as Sales Orders (SO).
    • Retrieve New status Sales Orders from NetSuite and push to Unis Wise/item WMS to create Outbound Orders (DN).
    • Sync push results back to NetSuite via the DI PUSH WMS DN NO. field and the Memo field on the Sales Order (ACK).
    • Assign fulfillment warehouses based on predefined Order Routing logic.
    • Sync carrier, shipping method, and delivery service info from Unis Wise/item WMS back to NetSuite (DC).
    • Sync orders with Shipped or Parcel Shipped status from NetSuite back to Shopify.
  • New flow templates added:

Walmart DSV Integration

  • Support integration with Walmart DSV, enabling automated order and fulfillment sync with NetSuite. Data flows include:

    • Sync fulfillment orders with Shipped or Parcel Shipped status from NetSuite back to Walmart DSV.
  • New flow templates added:

Amazon DF & FBM Integration

  • Support integrations with Amazon Direct Fulfillment (DF) and Amazon FBM, enabling bidirectional order and fulfillment sync with NetSuite. Data flows include:

    • Retrieve orders from Amazon DF / FBM and push to NetSuite.
    • Sync fulfillment orders with Shipped or Parcel Shipped status from NetSuite back to Amazon DF / FBM.
  • New flow templates added:

    • AmazonDf Orders To Netsuite
    • Sync-Netsuite-ItemFulfillment-To-AmazonDF

Integration Capability Extension to OMS

  • Extended the Integration module to Item OMS, allowing users to configure and connect third-party systems directly within Item OMS.

Workflow Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where workflow nodes and flow canvas cannot be viewed when flows are online.
  • Enhanced Flow Logs search capabilities to support fuzzy keyword search and filtering logs by creation time range.

  • UI/UX System Redesign

  • Rebuilt the interface based on the Item System Design standards and adopted shadcn/ui for a unified design system, including:

    • Typography and font improvements
    • Updated color schema
    • Light/Dark mode switching
    • Multi-language support for 7 languages

Sellercloud Integration

  • Added support for data syncs via DI Flow automation:
    • Pull PO from Sellercloud and Post to WMS-V2
    • Sync canceled orders from Sellercloud to WMS-V2
    • Push tracking numbers to Sellercloud
    • Retrieve RC from WMS-V2 and Push to Sellercloud
    • Sync inventory data from WMS-V2 to Sellercloud

MCP Enhancements

  • Users can now submit MCP servers and manage them under My Published.
  • Added the MCP Manager module in the Admin Panel for internal review workflows.

Central to DI Identity Alignment

  • Added data mapping logic of Tenant info (Central) to Merchant info (DI) to ensure ID consistency across system boundaries and improve data integrity.

Workflow Enhancements

  • Built new flows to support Orderful EDI transactions, covering EDI 850 (Purchase Order), EDI 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment), and EDI 856 (Advance Ship Notice).
  • Enhanced Flow Management (Admin panel) with cross-tenant visibility, log access, and real-time status monitoring for improved operational control.

CSR OCR Capabilities

  • Introduced a CSR-dedicated OCR configuration interface for better control and usability.
  • Restricted CSR access through Item Central role settings, allowing the CRM team to access CSR configuration features only via assigned roles.
  • Implemented a preview function in the CSR interface for direct OCR result modification.
  • Added dedicated prompt input fields for Bill-to information, enabling AI-based OCR learning and optimization.
  • Integrated a new Bill-to Tool in the Workflow to automatically apply CSR-configured prompts.
  • Enhanced Bill-to prompt functionality with additional metadata, including name and ID, for improved data accuracy and recognition.

Shein Order Syncs Support

  • Added field mapping logic for sales orders from Shein, including optional logistics list, carrier, and delivery service fields.
  • Improved Shein order fulfillment process in Item OMS through data mapping and syncs between systems.

MCP Restructure

  • Restructured the MCP module to improve usability and integration flow, covering:

    • MCP server Marketplace
    • Tool testing and playground
    • Direct MCP server integration and tools calling via AI Chat
    • One-click install to Cursor or Cherry Studios
  • Enhanced support for OAuth authentication required by the MCP Protocol to strengthen system integration stability and access control.

What's New

  • Added drag-and-drop functionality for tag management in Partner, Connector, and Flow Templates modules via the Admin panel.
  • Implemented workflow deletion capability with safety checks. Online workflows cannot be deleted, and confirmation dialogs prevent accidental deletions.
  • Added mapping capabilities for accurate order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Automated flow creation/deletion when SHEIN channels are created, edited, or deleted.

Improvements

  • Enhanced log viewing experience by opening logs in new tabs, preserving workflow context.

  • Fixed automatic line break behavior in the Cron expression editor.
  • Resolved HTTP tool CURL import display and editing issues in the flow editor.
  • Fixed the issue where Updated By and Update Time fields weren't updating when editing workflow settings.

MCP Capabilities

  • Upgraded SSE server links to Streamable HTTP URLs, available in two entry points:   From Workspace > Merchant > Connectors, after creating a connector, users can directly copy the streamable URL. From Agent Factory > MCP configuration, MCP servers function as tools callable within agent workflows.  
  • Enabled MCP tool selection, allowing users to choose specific tools when multiple MCP servers are enabled.  
  • Introduced parameter validation logic for MCP servers built via the Integration feature, filtering unsupported tools to ensure operational stability.  

Integration Module Restructure

  • Added a new entry to access Connectors from the Integration detail page (in addition to the original path via Workspace > Merchant > Connectors).  
  • Split the Integration module into User and Admin panels for managing creation, editing, and logs separately. Admin users can toggle between views.  
  • Enhanced the UI layout, introducing new fields for each integration:   Business Type Rating Status Settings (Popular Tag, Availability toggle) Key Features Readme Instructions Q&A Section  
  • Updated integration logs sorting, now ordered by latest execution time for better traceability.  

Flow Module Restructure

  • Migrated Flow Template management to Admin panel, with user/admin view toggling for editing and viewing logs.  
  • Added UI enhancements for templates, adding fields such as Template Name, Tags, Description, and Active Status.  
  • Added filters to My Workflows, allowing users to filter by Flow Name, Trigger Type, Flow Type, Status, and Updater.  

FTP Integration

  • Introduced support for Sage100 via FTP, enabling syncing Sage100 inventory data via FTP and pushing successfully processed files to item WMS V2.  
  • Upgraded the file upload service to S3 storage service to enhance stability.  

AI Assistant Capabilities

  • Introduced AI-guided connector creation, supporting:   Step-by-step prompts to define connector name, type, auth method, and detailed configurations. Auto-detection of required info based on selected platform.  
  • Support for connector creation when using the Connector node in Workflow building by manually or AI-assisted.  

Workflow Performance Upgrades

  • Rebuilt the RPA module architecture, adding a flow template to support sync tracking info from item OMS to Bushel44.  
  • Introduced rate limit thresholds for API-based flows (not applicable to cron-type flows).  
  • Added token expiration alerts to the Connectors section for easier credential management.  
  • Support for retrieving product info from Shopify and syncing it to Item Master in WMS triggered by a flow template.

What's New

  • Introduced the Agent Factory module for building, publishing, and invoking AI agents. Agents are constructed using instruction prompts, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), tools.
  • Enhanced the Smart Extractor node feature, now supports document parsing directly from PDF files using AI models. Newly added model support includes Claude-4-sonnet and Gemini 2.5 Pro.
  • Added encryption for password and client credential fields when integrating connectors, improving authentication security during integration.
  • Migrated Amazon-FBM integration to DI V3. Users can now configure data syncs for orders, inventory, and shipment status through the pre-built Flow Templates.
  • Added the Browser Task node to support automated browser interactions, and the RPA Connector to support integration with robotic process automation tools.
  • Support dynamic variable injection when import.environment is set to Operate Input Schema.

Agent Factory Enhancements

  • Added prompt caching to improve response time.
  • Introduced Human-in-the-Loop for MCP tools, enabling manual tool verification and approval.
  • Added support for applying Flow Agent (built-in Agent Factory) to the Workflow section via the Show/Hide AI button to assist users with flow design, editing, testing, and execution.
  • Support for selecting multiple sub-agents when creating a new agent. Auto-update the parent agent’s name when sub-agents are edited.
  • Enhanced UI of the agent editing interface.

MCP Capabilities

  • Restructured the Connector module and support for MCP module embedded within item Marketplace.
  • Added listMarketplace endpoint to support search by provider, server name, or creation date.
  • Added support for Create, Get, Delete, and Update MCP server endpoints.
  • SSE-type MCP servers now support the Streamable HTTP protocol (Beta). Users can manually convert the SSE link to a streamable HTTP link.

Shopify V3 Migration

  • Migrated Shopify connector to DI V3, enhanced backend configuration (auth method, supported API endpoints) in the Integration module.

Enhancements

  • Several Flow Builder Enhancements include:
    • Added a Delete button to each node for easier editing.
    • Improved API Trigger node validation, now supports only lowercase letters, underscores (_), and slashes (/), disallowing / as the starting character.
    • API Path guidance and examples are available on hover.  
  • JSON Schema Configuration Updates:
    • Support for multi-selection from dropdown menus.
    • Multi-layer sorting is now available in schema definitions.
  • Added a copy link button for OAuth 2.0 Client configuration to simplify client-side integration.

Bug Fix

  • Resolved an issue where the Shopify Domain field appeared in Common Parameters when configuring the Item OMS connector.

Navigation Restructure

  • Reorganized the platform navigation to reflect core functional domains: Workspace, Integrations, Workflow, MCP, and AI Assistant (MCP Client).
  • Refined the UI layout to distinguish module functions and target user groups:
    • Workspace: Tailored for small and medium-sized businesses, no technical background required. Use prebuilt templates and simplified settings to manage data transfer.
    • Integrations, Workflow, and MCP: Designed for custom services and advanced technical use cases. Require developer involvement to configure flexible automation flows and API-level data integrations.

UI Redesign

  • Refreshed platform-wide interface with a consistent dark theme and optimized layout for usability and performance.

Core Modules Upgrade

  • Enhanced merchant-level workspace for managing connectors and data sync operations triggered by flows.
  • Expanded integration coverage, now supports up to 100+ platform integrations across key verticals, including logistics, e-commerce, carriers, financial systems, ERPs, etc.
  • Added AI assistant capabilities within the merchant setup workflow to assist users in completing required fields during merchant creation and basic configuration tasks.

Integrations

  • Enhanced integration management module for backend configuration of external platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and internal item systems.
  • Integration setups are reusable across the platform:
  • Selectable when adding merchant connectors, integrations appear as available options during connector creation.
  • Available as Connector nodes in Workflows, enabling automated operations across third-party and internal systems.
  • Exposed as SSE-type MCP protocols, allowing external clients or agents to access their tools via URL.
  • Support for integration usage monitoring and enable tracking logs of published integrations across the platform. View HTTP request and response traces from various data sources, including Connector, MCP, Workflow, Auth, and API modules.

Workflow

  • Released a low-code workflow builder with support for custom and template-based flows. Support core node types: Trigger, Logic, Tools, and Connector.
  • Added visual execution logs with per-node traceability of each flow for real-time debugging.

MCP & AI Assistant Integration

  • Unified MCP server management and AI Assistant entry within the DI platform.
  • Added in-platform support for launching MCP clients and invoking AI capabilities directly.
