Overview

The Supply Chain Mgmt module provides visibility and management tools for supply chain performance, compliance, and analytics. Pages include Damaged Box Detection, Routing Report, Walmart Shipments, Target Shipments, Shipments, Tracking, Automated Order Entry, OTIF Summary, Lead Time Analysis, Penalties, Root Cause Analysis, Recovery Portal, and Deductions.

Note: Data on the following six pages within this module is sourced from third-party retailer platforms via the credentials and data scope configured in System Management → Settings: OTIF Summary, Lead Time Analysis, Penalties, Root Cause Analysis, Recovery Portal, and Deductions. Administrators must first configure the pull credentials (Username, Password, API Key, OTP) and Facility scope for each Retailer in Settings; unconfigured Retailers/Facilities will display no data on these pages.
