Home
After logging to My Item, it will show the basic account information on the home page. This article introduces the consists of the home page.
Profile
In this section, it introduces how to view and edit your account information such as username or company. The information will be sync to the applications as well after updating.
My profile consists of three information types: My Information, Account Information and Company Information. If you want to upload or update the picture as your avatar, please click Upload Picture to upload.

My Information
It contains the basic user profile including user name and email address. It supports to update/edit the user name and change the email address.
Path:
Edit user name: click three dots > Edit User > Update
Change email address: click three dots > Change Email > Okay. You will get an email with a link for the request, please click that link to continue. -
Account Information
It display the email address of your account. -
Company Information
It display the detailed information of your company such as company name, business category, address, etc.
Path: click three dots > Update Company Info > Update
Supported Applications
In this section, it will display the all applications supported that means you can login the applications via current account.
Once you click the application, you will be redirect and go to the corresponding application.
If there is any application which is shown in gray, it means the application is not supported within the current account plan. If you want to use that application, please upgrade your plan.
Plan
In this section, it will listed the plan name and the features/functions included in your current plan.
Change My Plan
If the current plan can not meet your requirements any more, it supports to upgrade/downgrade the plan by clicking Change My Plan.
Then it will display the all plans with the details, you can click Download Plan, Edit Current Plan or Upgrade Plan to modify the information according to your requirements.
Close Account
It supports to deactivate your account by clicking Deactivate Account, if you want to close your account.
Note:
- You will not be able to have access to any application or any account data.
- The money in your balance will be processed back to you and refunded to your credit card that you used on payment.
- If you have any another card which you’d like to use for the fund, please contact us to handle.
