To Use Template:

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Templates.
  2. Browse or use filters to locate the required template.
  3. Click Detail to review the template overview and flow visualization.
  4. On the Template Detail page, click Use Template. The system will prompt you to configure the template.
  5. Fill in the required configuration fields, these vary depending on the flow type but commonly include:
  • Execution Interval: Define the frequency for scheduled runs (hourly, daily, monthly).
  • Connector Selection: Choose existing connectors (e.g., Shopify, OMS, WMS) for each step.
  • Customer or Merchant Identifiers: Link the flow to a specific merchant entity under your workspace.
  • Variable Parameters: Set environment variables or data mappings as required by the template.

Note: The configuration process follows the same pattern as the Settings configuration under Workspace.
