Role

View Role Information

  • Click User, then select the sub-menu Role from the navigation panel on the left side of the main interface. The Role Management page, as shown in the image below, will be displayed.

  • The basic role information is listed in the table, which includes the role name and status.

    ROLE NAME: The name of the role, which can be set based on the responsibilities/permissions associated with it when creating a role.
    STATUS: The current status of the role (active or inactive).

  • Click on the role name to access the Role Details page, where you can view detailed information about the role.

    Role Label: Displays the role name.
    Role Permissions: By clicking the arrow next to "All menus", the next hierarchy will be displayed. You can expand or collapse the sub-hierarchies to view the role's permissions. All checkboxes next to the permissions are checked if the permission is granted to the role.

  • Click the Cancel button or the backward arrow to return to the Role Management page.
