LTL & TL Shipping Process
LTL/TL shipping is a load type for regular order. After the worker complete the picking task for the order, please refer to this article to create the load and complete the whole shipping process.
How to Create a New Load

Navigate to Warehouse Module > Outbound > Load, click Add Load at the upper right corner.

Enter the corresponding information to build a new load. Setup the Load Type as LTL or FTL.
Please click the Edit button in blue to modify the ship from/to address and bill to information. -
Click ADD ORDERLINES, it will navigate to new page for searching and selecting orders to add to this load.
It supports user to search the order via keyword search or advanced search which they want to add. -
Once the target orders are founded, please select them and click ADD to add the orders to the load.
Multiple Delivery Notifications can be grouped together in the same load as long as they share the same destination. This ship from and ship to fields will be automatically filled with the corresponding information from the delivery notifications. -
Click SAVE button at the bottom to complete the process.
How to Blind an Entry for the Load
After completing creating the load, please create a new entry and a new load task. The new entry is for the driver to complete window check in process, and also assigns the load task. Please refer the following section to operate.

Navigate to Window Check In > Entry List, click Create Entry button in the top right corner.

Setup the entry type as Live Load, then click OK for the next step.

Click YES on the pop-up window.

Enter the relevant information, please make sure that the information filled is the same as the driver’s information who executes the loading. Then click on CONTINUE to next step.

Go to ACTIVITY tab, please enter the Load to search the target load, then click the Load in the result list and associate it to the new Entry. After that, please click CONTINUE to next step.
If you want to add loads in batch, please click BATCH ADD LOAD then search the loads to add.

In the Task tab, it will create a load task automatically. Please assign an Assignee to execute load task and an available dock for the driver and enter the short description if needed.

Select check in immediately or wait for check-in according to your requirements.
After the driver complete window check-in successfully, the assignee will receive the task notification on their mobile app. The load task will be closed after the assignee complete load task, then the system will close the order and send the delivery confirmation to user.
