How to Execute a New Load Task
After the driver complete window check in, the assignee (warehouse worker) will receive a load task on their WMS mobile app. Then they needs to execute the task and complete the loading.
This article introduces the related operations on the app.
For how to create a load task, please refer to Article: Load Management (opens in a new tab).

Go to WMS App > Tasks > Load Task > New.

Select the target task then tap Start Loading to process the load task.

Click New tab, it will show the new tasks with the details.

Click the target task in the task list, then click Start Loading to begin the task.

Click Load Pallets, scan or enter the pallets which are ready for this load.

Scroll down and click Take more photos to take and upload a picture for the loading whenever you want.

After the user has finished scanning all the pallets, please click CARRIER/SHIPPER SIGNATURE to collect the signatures. Enter the signature then click SAVE button.

Click CLOSE STEP to complete the first process.

Click Collect Data to collect the necessary information for this load.

Enter Pro #, Seal #, Trailer #/Container# and take the corresponding photos.

Once the above steps have completed, please click CLOSE STEP to close collect data process.

Go back to the task home page and click CLOSE TASK.
