Execute Cycle Count Task on Cycle Count App
The assignee will receive the notification once the task is assigned. It required them to access the task in the app to execute the cycle count promptly, and complete the process within the cycle count app.
- Download the Cycle Count App by clicking My profile.

After logging, please switch to Tasks Menu > New tab, tap DETAIL to start this task.

In this example, the count type is By Item Location. Enter or scan the location, then enter or scan the item.

Choose and Confirm the target item to complete inventory count.

ENTER the correct quantity.

The success message will pop-up after the item has been count successfully. If the cycle task contains multiple items or locations, please tap NEXT LOCATION and repeat the steps above to complete all items count. If no, please directly close this task.
The task status will be sync to web platform in real-time. If you want to check the count result, please go to Count Task List on web to retrieve the task data, then switch to Count Result tab to check.
