Vehicles

To access the Vehicles interface, tap the Vehicles button at the bottom of the page.

Display

The Vehicles page shows valet orders.

Category

You can filter orders based on status categories by tapping the respective tab at the top of the page. The categories include: All, Pending, Parked, Requested, On the way, Ready, and Paid.

Content

Each block displays the basic information of a valet order, including:

  • Tag No.: The number on the tag assigned to the vehicle key.

  • Area: The parking lot area where the vehicle is parked.

  • Color: The vehicle's color.

  • Model: The vehicle's model.

  • Note Icon: If a note is added during actions such as pending to park, parked, etc., tapping the icon will open a pop-up window displaying all notes.

  • The Open Spots, Total Valet Today, My Valet Today, and Car Requests (you can view new requests and requests in progress by clicking the respective tabs) for all parking lots are displayed in the blocks.

  • Tap the arrow in the Parking Lot bar to display all your parking lots in the lower part of the page. If you select one and tap the Confirm button, the information in the data blocks will update to show the details for your selected parking lot only.

Remark: The tag number indicator uses different colors to represent various valet statuses. The color is updated real-time as the status changes.

  • Grey: New valet order is created. The status shows as pending.
  • Blue: Parked
  • Gold: Requested
  • Orange: On the way
  • Green: Ready
  • Purple: Paid
  • Orange Red: Closed

Detail Display

Tap the information block to access the valet order details page. Here, you can view all the details of this valet order. If needed, add a note and tap Update in the top-right corner to save your changes.

History Display

Tap the paper note icon in the top-right corner of the Vehicles page to view the valet history.

To Add a Valet Order

  • On the Vehicles page, tap the + in the top-right corner or the floating purple button with a + to access the Create New Valet page.

  • Enter the required information for the valet order.

Important: Upload the vehicle pictures from every angle as required. This is a significant step for creating a new valet order. It is not allowed to create a new order without corresponding vehicle pictures.

The image below is for reference only. Please follow the instructions to upload the vehicle pictures from different angles.

  • Once all required information and pictures are entered/uploaded, tap the Create button. The new valet order will be successfully created, and you will be automatically returned to the Vehicles page. A green notification will appear, indicating that the order creation was successful. The new order will be displayed at the top of the order list.

Notes:

  • When the valet order is created, the customer will receive an SMS message containing a web link. By opening this link, customers can check the valet status. They will also receive an SMS notification every time the status is updated. Additionally, customers can request their vehicle and proceed with payment through the web page accessed via the link.
  • The tag will show the status as Pending.

Proceeding Valet Service

Parking

  • After parking the customer's vehicle, tap Mark as parked.
  • You will be prompted to upload a picture confirm that the vehicle is safely parked.
  • Once the picture is uploaded, a success notification will appear, and the button will update to the next step: Request Car.

Note: The tag will display the current status as Parked.

Note: If you return to the Vehicles page now, the tag with the Tag No. In the valet order list will also update to the corresponding color as well.

Requesting Car

There are two ways to request a car.

  • The customer clicks the Request Car button on their web page. You will receive a notification.
  • The customer calls you directly. In this case, you tap the Request Car button to proceed to the next steps.

The tag beside the valet number will update to indicate the vehicle's current status.

Note: The tag color on the Vehicles page will change accordingly as well.

On the Way

After retrieving the vehicle, tap the Mark as on the way button to notify the customer that their vehicle retrieval request has been confirmed. The text and color of the status tag will update accordingly.

Vehicle Ready

After bringing the vehicle to the designated location where the customer will retrieve it, tap the Mark as ready button to notify the customer. The status tag will update accordingly.

Payment Process

The customer can make a payment through one of the following methods:

  • Online, when requesting the vehicle.
  • By allowing you to scan the QR code displayed on their web page.
  • By cash.
  • After receiving a payment request generated when you select Send Payment under Payment Method.

Note: Tap the Mark payment button to select the payment method.

Closing the Valet Order

  • Once payment is completed, the tag will update accordingly, and you can close the order.
  • All orders will be stored, and you can view them on the Vehicles page.
