Navigate to the More button at the bottom of the page to access the More interface. From there, you can access several basic function modules by tapping the corresponding options.

Important: When using the Parking Lot Crew app for the first time, it is essential to complete a crucial setup step: connecting with Stripe under the Payouts option.

Settings

Tap the Settings option to open the Settings interface.

Account Info

  • Tap the Account Info option to access the Edit Profile interface.
  • On this page, you can view or edit your account profile, including: your first name, last name, phone number, email, and company name.

Note: Update the information as needed, and then tap the Save button. The information will be updated successfully.

Payouts

Note: When using the Parking Lot Crew app for the first time, follow the steps below to set up payment receiving by connecting your Stripe account.

The steps for connecting with Stripe are identical to those provided in the Self-Parking portal instructions. You can also refer to the guide under Payouts in Self-Parking --> Settings --> Payouts (opens in a new tab).

Important: When registering a Stripe account, please ensure that all the information provided is accurate and valid. Otherwise, your Stripe account may be restricted, and you will not be able to receive payments as expected.

  1. Tap the Payouts option. You will be directed to the interface shown below.

  1. Enter your email address and create a password. Then, tap the Submit button to proceed to the two-step authentication interface.

  1. Use Google Authenticator to scan the QR code and enter the 6-digit verification code. If the verification is successful, you will be directed to the next interface. Fill in the basic information and tap the Continue button.

  1. Fill in with your personal details and tap the Continue button.

  1. Fill in the business details and tap the Continue button.

  1. Select an account for payouts. Once it is successfully connected, you will be able to view it in the linked list. Choose your desired account and tap the Continue button.

  1. Add your public details for customers and tap the Continue button.

  1. Check the information you have entered. If there are no issues, tap the Agree and submit button.

  1. Due to Stripe's review process, you may be required to update your information. Follow the pop-up notifications to edit your details and submit them for review until the verification is successful.

Tip: When your Stripe account is successfully set up, you will receive a secure code. Be sure to record it in a safe place for an emergency backup.

  1. Once your Stripe account is successfully registered and connected to the Parking EZ app, the payout profile will be displayed when you tap the Payouts option on the Settings page.

Transactions

Tap the Transactions option to access the Transactions interface. All transactions from valet orders will be listed. You can tap any transaction block to view its details.

Tap the Terms of Service option to access the Terms of Service interface, where you can view the full Terms of Service (TOS).

Tap the FAQ option to access the Valet EZ FAQ interface. Here, you can find answers to frequently asked questions.

Updates / Rate This App

Tap the Updates/Rate This App option to access the Google Play Login interface. Sign in to Google Play to access the latest updates or to rate the app.
