Chassis Management
The chassis management page provides the interface for viewing and managing chassis-related data. It serves as a center hub for effectively managing chassis resources, helping enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistical bottlenecks.
This article provides the detailed explanation of relevant fields and step-by-step guidance for performing related operation.
Fields
Go to Equipments > Chassis List to view all chassis records.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Chassis # | The unique identification number assigned to the chassis. |
Type | The specific type of the chassis. Value: ST/OT/RF/TK/HC. |
Size | The length dimensions of the chassis, typically in feet. |
Owner | The entity or individual that owns the chassis. |
License # | The license plate number assigned to the chassis. |
License State | The state or region where the chassis is registered. |
VIN | Vehicle Identification number, a unique code identifying the chassis. |
GPS | The GPS tracking status or location data for the chassis. |
Year | The manufacturing year of the chassis. |
Model | The specific model of the chassis. |
External ID | An external reference ID used for integration or tracking purposes. |
Inspection Date | The date when the chassis was last inspected for safety and compliance. |
Insurance Date | The expiration or renewal date of the chassis insurance. |
Registration Date | The date when the chassis was registered with the authorities. |
Preventative Maintenance Date | The scheduled date for preventative maintenance to ensure proper functionality. |
AID Date | The date of the last Automated Identification Device updated or verification. |

Combo | A versatile chassis that can accommodate multiple container sizes, such as 20-foot and 40-foot containers. |
Slider | A chassis with an adjustable axle system to optimize weight distribution and maneuverability. |
Spread Axie | A chassis with widely spaced axles for better stability and handling of heavy loads. |
Gooseneck | A chassis with a lowered front section designed to carry containers with lower tunnel heights. |
Tri-Axie | A chassis with three axles to support heavier or oversized containers. |
Standard | A basic chassis with a fixed design for transporting general-purpose containers. |
As default, all fields will be displayed in the list. If you want to hide some unnecessary fields for simplifying the interface, please click on the Adjust Icon then disable the desired fields.
How to Filter Chassis Records
The system supports multiple filtering conditions, this section introduces the filtering methods.

How to Manage Chassis
This section provides the step-by-step guidance on how to add, edit and delete the chassis.
Add a New Chassis
- Go to Equipments > Chassis List, click Add Chassis button to fill in details.
- Type in the required field. For additional, please fill in them according to your requirements.
- Click Save to complete the adding.
Edit Chassis Information
- Confirm the target chassis which you want to modify under Equipments > Chassis List.
- Slide the bottom slider then click Edit action button.
- Update the fields you want, then click Save to complete the process.
Delete Chassis
- Confirm the target chassis under Equipments > Chassis List.
- Click Delete button to remove the chassis from the system.
- Click on Confirm button to continue the process.
