Parking Lots

Note: The process for adding parking lots is similar for both Self-Parking and Valet. You can refer to the Parking Lots section under Self-Parking for the instructions. However, the interfaces may vary slightly different. Please refer to the respective images for guidance.

1. Navigate to the Parking Lots button at the bottom of the page to access the Parking Lots interface. You can either initiate adding a parking lot the first time you use the Parking Lot Crew app or add additional parking lots later as needed.

2. Enter the Parking Lots interface.

3. If you have already added parking lots, the interface will display the name, address, rate, and images for each parking lot.

Note: Tap the Map button to switch the display mode. You can always toggle between the Map and List display modes by tapping the respective buttons.

To Add a Parking Lot

1. Tap the + button in the top right corner of the page.
2. You will be directed to the Create Parking Lot page.

3. Input the required information.

• Status: Select the parking lot's status from the following options: Open, Under Maintenance, Full and Closed.
• Basic Information: Enter the basic details for the parking lot, including: Parking Title, Address, City, Zip Code, and State.
• Parking Spots Information: Enter the area name and number of spots. If the parking lot is divided into more than one area, tap the + ADD Area button to name different areas and set the spot amount for each area.
• Preferences: Provide the rates for each tier. Check the box next to each rate tier to expand the input fields. Then, enter the hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Tips:

1. You can upload high-quality images, such as photos of the parking lot, to give customers a better understanding of the facility.
2. If needed, you can also upload your customized Terms of Service for the parking lot, ensuring all processes align with your policies and applicable local regulations.
3. Once all the information above is entered, tap the Create button. Your parking lot will be successfully added.

To Edit a Parking Lot

You can edit an existing parking lot at any time.

1. To edit a parking lot, tap the parking lot you wish to edit on the Parking Lots page.
2. You will be directed to the Edit Parking Lot interface.

3. Make the necessary changes to the information that needs to be updated.
4. Tap the Update button.
5. You will be returned to the Parking Lots page, and a notification will appear confirming that the update has been successfully saved.
