Mapping Management
Mapping ensures data consistency by allowing for the auto conversion of SKU, shipping methods and UOM for your merchant into a Business Standard. This article introduces the related operations of mapping.
How to Create a New Mapping
There are four kinds of Mapping: Product Mapping / Shipping Service Mapping / UOM Mapping / Freight Term Mapping.
- Product Mapping: it supports mapping through the product SKU to realize the conversion and standardization of product information.
- Shipping Service Mapping: it ensures that the all aspects of the service are covered, providing a clear overview for both operation management and customer transparency.
- UOM Mapping: it involves defining and translating the various units used to quantify goods throughout the shipment process.
- Freight Term Mapping: it ensure clear communication and understanding among all parties involved in the logistic process.
Here are the detailed steps:

Navigate to Mapping, choose one method of mapping, then click + Add.

Fill in the corresponding information and choose the channel which to apply the new mapping. Then click Add Mapping to complete adding the new mapping. Product Mapping:
Shipping Service Mapping:
UOM Mapping:
Freight Term Mapping:
After adding successfully, the new mapping will display under the corresponding tab.
How to Edit the Mapping
If you want to correct or update some information on the existing mapping, please refer to the following operations.

Confirm the target mapping and click the pencil icon to edit.

Update the information you need, then click Save Mapping to save the updates.

If you want to delete a specific mapping which you will not use it anymore, please click the red icon.
Then click Yes, Delete on the popup window to confirm the delete.
