Create Purchase Orders


There are three methods to generate the purchase order (PO), if you have already created the purchase requests, you can choose any method, but you can also create PO manually without creating PR in advance.

Create PO

Creating PO from Purchase Request Detail

  1. Navigate to Inbound Order Management > Purchase Request.
  2. Click the PR NO to open the Purchase Request details page.
    * For PR with the Submitted status only.
  3. Click the Create PO button at the top-right of the page.

Note: Clicking the Create PO button will generate a new purchase order within the selected purchase request. A single purchase request may include multiple purchase orders.

Creating PO from the Purchase Request List

  1. Navigate to Inbound Order Management > Purchase Request.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the desired PR NO from the list.
    * For PR with the Submitted status only.
  3. Choose Create PO from the drop-down menu under the Actions button.

Manually Creating a New Purchase Order

  1. Navigate to Inbound Order Management > Purchase Order.
  2. Click the + Add New button. The New Purchase Order pop-up window will appear.
  3. Enter the following information:
Required FieldsDescription
Recipient NameEnter the name of the recipient.
DepartmentSelect the recipient’s department (configured in Settings > Department (opens in a new tab)).
AddressSelect the recipient's address (configured in Settings > Ship From (opens in a new tab)).
FacilitySelect the facility (configured in Company & Facility (opens in a new tab) in item WMS or UNIS wise).
PO Cargo Ready DateSpecify the date when the cargo is ready for transportation.
VendorEnter the name of vendor.
  1. Click Save and Continue.
  2. Click + Add New to add items. The Add Item pop-up window will appear.
  3. Select the Product and Vendor. The unit price will auto-fill based on the selected product.
  4. Enter the Shipping & Handling fee, tax, and product quantity.
  5. Click Add Item. Repeat steps 5–7 to add additional items as needed.
  6. Double-check the product and vendor info, then click the Calculate button to generate the estimated total price.
  7. If everything is correct, click Submit Order. A confirmation message, "Successfully Submitted" will indicate that the purchase order has been created.
