Driver Profile
This article explains the driver related fields and relevant operations.
- Go to Drivers > Driver Profiles to view all drivers account with the detailed info.
- There are two searching methods supported currently. If you want to search a specific driver, please enter the driver’s name to accurately complete searching. The another method is search via driver status ( Active and Inactive), enable Status filtering feature and the corresponding data will be displayed.

| First Name | Driver’s first name. |
| Last Name | Driver’s last name. |
| Use for Pre-Appointments | Indicates if the driver is available for pre-appointment scheduling. |
| Username | Driver’s username. |
| Date of Birth | Driver’s birth date with timezone. |
| The email address used to register driver account, which is for login, communication and notifications. |
