Project Management
Once the operator configures the merchant's data and initializes products, merchants can log in to the system with their account to create projects and purchase products.
Create a Project
Follow these steps to create a project:
- Sign in to item OMS (opens in a new tab) with your account.
- Navigate to POM > Project and in the Project List page, click Create New Project on the right corner.
- In the Product Section, search for the products you want to purchase by entering the item name.
- In the Project Section, enter the Project Name.
- Review the search results and click + Add to Cart for the desired products. You can adjust quantities in the cart.
- Check the Total Price and Quantity displayed in the bottom-right corner.
- Click Create Project to finalize the process.
Search Projects
To search for existing projects:
- Go to the My Projects page.
- Use the search bar to find projects by:
- Project Name
- Project ID
- Creation Date
View Project Details
Clicking a Project ID will take you to the Project Detail page, which includes the following information:
Project Info
| Field | Description |

| Project ID | Unique identifier for the project. |
| Status | Current status of the project. |
| PO | Linked Purchase Order and Sales Order details. |
Products
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Product ID | Unique identifier for the product. |
| Product Name | Name of the product included in the project. |
| Quantity | Number of units added to the project. |
| Price | Price per unit of the product. |
Shipments
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Products | List of products included in the shipment. |
| Shipment Info | Details such as carrier, destination, status, PO number, BOL. |
| Shipment No. | Clicking this displays the shipment timeline. |
| Tracking Map | Includes shipment tracking with the following details: |
| Est. Arrival Date | Predicted date of delivery. |
| Distance | Total distance remaining for shipment. |
| Current Status | Shipment's current location and status. |
Shipment Tracking Map
The map includes four key points for visualization:
- Origin Point (Green): Starting location of the shipment.
- Transit Point (Purple): Location(s) during transit.
- Current Location (Orange): The shipment’s current position.
- Destination (Red): Final delivery location.
