KPI Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard is the default landing page showing a high-level operational overview including Inventory Accuracy trends, Today's Order Snapshot (Small Parcel and Regular Orders), Tomorrow's Queue, and Receiving/Outbound performance metrics.

Operating Steps

  1. Navigate to Dashboards → KPI Dashboard
  2. Review Inventory Accuracy cards for Last Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months
  3. Check Today's Order Snapshot for current fulfillment rates
  4. Review Receiving and Outbound performance metrics at the bottom of the page
