Load Operations

Load Operations

Load Management page provides the interface to view and manage more detailed load information. There are five tabs included, Info, Billing, Documents, Routing and Audit.

This article introduces the feature and operation on each page.

Info

This section only introduces the content on the left panel, for remaining fields, please refer to Info Tab (opens in a new tab).

Info is the interface to view and record the detailed load data. On the left panel, it displays the essential parameters, including Customer, Location, Load Info Summary, Map Preview and Uploaded Documents.

Billing

It manages financial information, including charges and invoice for the load.

Documents

Documents section houses all relevant files, such as bills of lading, delivery receipts and other supporting documents.

If you want to upload a new file, please drag and drop the target doc or click Select file to choose the target document.

If you want to delete the existed document, print it or do any other operations. Please click the three dots icon for further operation, or check the doc > click the pop-up action button.

Routing

Provides the interface allow dispatcher configuring the routing template and assign the driver for loads. For more details, please refer to Routing Tab (opens in a new tab).

Audit

The interafce logs and tracks all changes, activities and updates related to the load for compliance and review purposes.

Currently, it supports multiple filtering methods:

FilteringDescription
Operator/Type/ActionEnter the keyword or complete a field value to search.
Time PeriodSetup a time range to search the date within this period.
TypeChoose a specific action type to search.

Take the example as below:

  • Filtering: enter the keyword of the type.
  • Result:
    The user iamtruck1105@teml.net successfully update the billing information at 2024-12-06 16:44.
