• Efficient purchasing workflows for business buyers.
• End-to-end management of the process from purchase to shipment.
• Compliance with customs regulations, ensuring goods meet the legal requirements of importing countries.

POM Workflow

The following are key actions performed by each role in the pom workflow.

• Operator: Handle foundation data configurations such as merchant creation, product initialization, and order submissions in OMS.
• Merchant: Proceed Project Management actions such as project creation, shipment tracking in OMS.
• Supplier: Receive Purchase orders and send shipment data back to OMS via EDI.
• Operator: Shipment Inquiry, request for international shipping quote or domestic shipping quote.
• Customs Clearance: US AMS, ISF, T86.
• BNP: Invoicing for merchants.
