Invoice Settings

Invoice Settings

  1. Go to Customer > Customers > Customer Accounts.

  2. Enter Customer Name or Customer ID to search data, click Edit button.

  1. Click Address > Add Address, fill out the fields including contact information, address. Save the data via Done button.

  1. Go to Contact > Add Contact, select type, fill in name and type, then click Done.

  1. Then go to Billing Rule > Create New Billing Rule Set. Configure the name, bill frequency and other related fields.
  • Billing Rules: it is used to schedule the auto-generation of invoices, the account is automatically re-billed without notification at the end of each billing frequency.

  • Allow Preview: Preview invoices are generated daily based on current data. It allows you to find problems of the invoice before it is officially generated.

  • Auto Gen Billing: The system allows you to generate invoices automatically or manually.
