Card and Balance

The Card and Balance page shows your prepaid credit balance used for shipping and service charges.

Operating Steps

1. Navigate to Finance → Card and Balance
2. Select a Customer from the "Balance for" list to view its Current Balance
3. To add funds, click Reload
4. To set a low balance alert, click Set Alert
5. To add a payment method:
   • Click Add New Card to add a credit card
   • Click Add ACH to add a bank account
