How to Do Replenishment Task

How to Execute Replenishment Task

The replenishment process is designed to transfer items from storage locations to picking locations, involving unit of measure (UOM) conversion, typically from higher UOM to lower UOM. Similar to the Inventory Movement function, this process streamlines the transfer by being system-directed, eliminating the need for intermediate collect and drop steps.
This article introduces the relevant operations of replenishment task on mobile app.

  1. Create the new replenishment task or select a new one to execute.
    As a warehouse worker, you will receive a replenishment task. Please go to the Tasks > New Task List, select the new task you want to work on and tap it. It will take you to the task home page, please click Start Replenishment to start the task.
    If you want to create a new replenishment task then to execute, please go to Home > Menu > Inventory module > Replenishment Task, click Start Replenishment to start the task. Inventory-replenishment123

  2. Tap Collect Inventory, go to the suggested location, scan the location and the pallet. Fill in other information you want to upload, then click COLLECT button to complete inventory collection. Tap CLOSE STEP to continue the second step.

Note: When manually entering the location or pallet, please remember to add a space afterward for accurate data verification.

  1. Return back to Step page and tap Drop Inventory to begin.

  2. Enter or scan the location and Pallet ID, setup the UOM then tap DROP button to drop the inventory. After that, click CLOSE THIS TASK to close the replenishment task. Inventory-replenishment78
