RaaS (Robotics as a Service) provides a centralized platform to browse, quote, and purchase hardware solutions tailored for intelligent automation.
User can:

Request quotes for individual items or full deployment packages.

Repurchase previously acquired hardware with ease through historical order tracking.
This module bridges the gap between software agents and physical automation devices, enabling a seamless end-to-end deployment experience.

Project Management
The Project Management module is designed to manage end-to-end solution implementation processes, including hardware procurement and deployment, software subscription delivery, and integrated hardware-software solutions. This comprehensive module provides centralized management for all project-related activities through five dedicated sub-modules.
My Project
The project module provides a comprehensive interface to manage project lifestyle. It introduces a new generation of AI-driven project management, different from traditional manual approaches, users can simply upload project-related documents, and the AI will automatically analyze, extract key info, and generate structured project.
Create New Project
To create a new project, please refer the following steps.
- Go to Project Management > My Projects, click on + New Project.

Upload project documentation, optionally enter project background to help AI better understand and improve the extraction accuracy.

Check and modify the details of the Basic Information, Timeline & Budget.

Choose an appropriate template from the existing system templates or customized template.

Review all details, if anything incorrect, please click Previous return back to target section to update it. If anything is correct, please click on Create Project to complete the creation.

Edit Existing Project Info
The successfully created projects will be record on Dashboard. The dashboard only counts the projects in total, active/completed projects and total budget. If you want to view more project details or edit any existing project information, please follow the steps below to operate.
Basic Information
If you just want to update the basic information such as project description, client, priority, please click three-dots button > Quick Edit to modify after confirming the target project.

Project Phase
There are two types of view to display the specific phase and corresponding tasks, ensuring a user-friendly and comprehensive understanding of the workflow.

Switch to Project Phases tab.

Add new phase: click on + Phase on the right side of the screen. Or click + New Phase on the View, then configure the task and edit phase info.

Rearrange the order of phases or tasks by dragging them as needed.

Click + Add Task and assign the assignee. If you want to update the existing task, please click the task into detail page, modify the specific parameters directly, remove any assigned personnel or assign new assignee.

Specifications

Switch to Specifications tab, this page provides a centralized interface to record the hardware specifications and requirements.

Click on + Add Specification, choose the specification specification source (From Marketplace, From Existing Specification, Manually).

If the existing specification requires updating, please click it to go to Detail page. Then click on Edit Specification on the right panel.

- Modify the required fields, such as Product Name, Description, Parameters then click Save Changes to submit the latest data.
Documents
This page is designed to storage project-related documentations.

Go to Documents > Upload, select your local document to upload.

Setup the tags.
-
Click on Upload Files to complete.

- Click Delete Icon to remove the document which is obsolete or unusable.
My Task
This module is a personalized task management view for individual users to track assigned responsibilities, which addresses the need for a dedicated personal task perspective beyond overall project structure management.
It consolidates tasks that are assigned to the user and those where the user is mentioned or involved, ensuring no important action items are overlooked.

Unified Task Management: View all your active, pending, and completed tasks in one place.

Task Details & Collaboration: Click any task to view detailed information, such as task description. Users can add comments, upload attachments, or update progress directly within the task view.
My Templates
It provides the template management for both system-provided and user-customized project templates.
For system templates, it allows users to browse, search to preview the structures and components or to use the templates as foundation.
For custom template, it allows users to create and manage personalized templates. The detailed operations are as shown.

Click on + Create Template.

Enter the template title and detailed description.

Click Create to complete this process.

If you want to update any template info or delete it, please click on the three-dots button then choose the next action based on your needs.

Purchase Request
This module is designed for streamlined procurement request creation and approval tracking.

Start a creation workflow via clicking + Create PR.
-
Complete request details, including product and pricing information.
-
Type in delivery information, recipient and address details.
-
Review the information and confirm the request.
-
Once the purchase request has approved, you can generate the purchase order via action button.

This module provides complete visibility and management of submitted purchase orders.
