Channel Shipping Mapping

Use the Channel Shipping Mapping feature to define how shipping information from each sales channel is aligned with OMS shipping rules.

Add Mapping

You can create mapping rules to standardize carrier names, delivery services, and shipping methods imported from different platforms.

To add a channel shipping mapping rule:

  1. Go to Automation > Mapping > Channel Shipping Mapping.
  2. Click + Add.
  3. In Apply To Channel, select the channel store.
  4. Enter a Mapping Name and assign a Priority.
  5. Under Input Condition, define the source values that trigger the rule.
  6. Select one or more attributes such as Delivery Service, Ship Method, Carrier, Freight Term, or Shipping Address.
  7. Enter the exact value used in the channel data.
  8. Under Mapping Result, specify the value that should be replaced.
  9. Click + Add Output Result to include multiple mappings in one rule.
  10. Click Save.

Use Case

When a sales order from a connected channel includes shipping information (such as carrier, method, or freight term), OMS uses shipping mapping rules to standardize this data before sending the order to WMS.

The mapped shipping details appear in the Outbound Order within WMS. These determine how the warehouse processes and ships the order.
