Inventory Sync Rules

If you have configured connectors and relate settings in item DI, where data syncs, such as orders, products, and inventory are triggered by Flow, the inventory will be fully synced to sales channels automatically.

To override this default behavior, define custom sync rules for specific channel stores:

1. Go to the Automation > Inventory Sync Rules under the Data Integration section.

2. Click + Add Rule to open the configuration panel.

3. Choose the target Channel.

4. Choose the Inventory Source from available warehouses that under this sale channel.

5. Under Product Sync, select one of the following options:

   • All Products: Sync inventory for all products in the selected warehouse.
   • Include Specific Products: Sync inventory only for selected SKUs.
   • Exclude Specific Products: Sync inventory for all products except the selected ones.

6. Choose how inventory quantities are synchronized to the channel:

   • Percentage: Sync a percentage of available inventory (e.g., 80% of actual stock).
   • Fixed Quantity: Sync a specific number of units regardless of actual inventory.

7. If using the Percentage method, enter the percentage value. Example: 80 means 80% of inventory will be synced.

8. Determine how the quantity should be calculated:

   • Sync As Set: Syncs the defined quantity directly (e.g., 80% of actual inventory to 80 units if 100 in stock).
   • Sync After Deduction: Deducts the specified amount before syncing (e.g., 100 actual inventory to deduct 80%, sync 20 units).

9. Toggle the Rule Status to Enabled. Once enabled, the system automatically synchronizes inventory according to this rule.

10. Click Save to apply the rule. The configured channel and source will appear in the Inventory Sync Rules list.
