My Uploads & Activity Logs
To help users track and manage their contributions and changes within the Knowledge Base, two dedicated pages are provided: My Uploads and Activity Logs.
My Uploads
The My Uploads page displays a record of all documents uploaded by the current user.
User can view the all documents you’ve uploaded to the platform. Also, it supports multiple dimensions filters, such as Company, Process, Customer and more.
Note: if you remove the upload entry from the list, the file will be removed from the Knowledge Base.
Activity Logs
This page allows users to view a history of actions related to knowledge base documents, including upload, rename and delete. These logs help ensure transparency, accountability, and traceability for all document-related operations.

For standard users, they can only view their own records.

For admins & primary users, they can view logs for all users in the tenant.
User can filter the data via multi-conditions, including action type, time range and user (admins).
