Self-Service User Registration

The platform supports a streamlined self-registration process that allows users to independently join their organizations and access the platform with minimal administrative intervention. This section explains the registration workflow and related details.

Fill in Personal Information

Users begin by entering their personal details, including:

  • Full Name

  • Organization Name: the company which the user wishes to join

  • Employee Code: it is only required for the users who want to join to Unis, the code is for verification.

Choose a Verification Method

User can verify their identity through one of the following methods:

  • HRM-Linked Email or Phone Verification

    If the user has an email or phone number linked with the company's HRM (Human Resource Management) system, a verification code will be sent via SMS or email for immediate confirmation.

  • Send Approval Request to Administrator

    Users may alternatively choose to send an access request directly to the organization administrator (e.g., team manager). The admin will receive an approval notification via email or platform alert.

Await Administrator Review (if Applicable)

If the admin approval method, they must wait for a response from the organization administrator.

Receive Approval Result

  • Approved

    The user will receive a confirmation message and gain access to the platform to complete their registration.

  • Rejected

    The user will receive a rejection message explaining that their access was not approved. They may contact the support team for assistance if needed.
