Submitted & Download Apps

The My Apps page provides a personal view of all applications that the user has either submitted or downloaded.

Users can search apps by name or categories, track submission status or launch or manage downloaded apps.

Upload App

My Apps module allows developers to integrate their applications into the platform quickly and efficiently. This feature supports two distinct methods of app submission - whether you're uploading a locally built app or importing an existing one from an external marketplace.

Upload Methods

You can onboard your application to the platform using either of the following methods:

  • Upload Developer Build

Upload your locally built application file directly to the platform. Ideal for in-house or custom-built apps that are not yet published on third-party stores.

  • Upload Published App

Import applications that are already live on external marketplaces (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). This option simplifies listing by auto-filling much of the app’s metadata from the source.

During uploading, please complete the following information details.

  1. Basic Information: App Name, Default Language, Short Description, Full Description, App Icon, Application Screenshots, Version, Category, Developer Name and Developer Contact Info.

  2. File Upload: Upload your application files in one of the supported formats: .apk, .exe, .msi, .zip.

  3. Privacy Policy: Either upload your privacy policy document or provide a public URL link to it.

Review & Approval Workflow

After submission, all apps undergo a combination of automated and manual review. The review process checks for:

Content Quality: Clear app name, descriptions, and media assets; no inappropriate or sensitive content.

Security Compliance: Ensures the application is free from malware, malicious scripts, or harmful content.

Information Consistency: All submitted app metadata should be thematically consistent and coherent.

Once the app passes review, it will be published to the Marketplace. If the submission is rejected, developers will receive actionable feedback and may resubmit after making the necessary changes.

Manage App Status

After uploading, go to My Uploads section to manage and track the status of your applications.

This interface allows you to:

  1. Edit application details

  2. Submit for Review

  3. Withdraw a submission

  4. Delete a specific application

  5. Delist a published app

Also, each app’s current status is clearly labeled using the following status, ensuring full visibility into the publishing process and enables better version control.

Status: Draft, Pending Review, Auto Approved, Auto Rejected, Rejected, Published, Delisted.
