Filter Orders by Product

SKU-Based Order Filtering


You can exclude specific products from sales order routing and fulfillment. Orders containing these SKUs will not enter the allocation or warehouse routing process, preventing them from being pushed to WMS or included in shipment workflows.

Exclude SKUs for Order Fulfillment

  1. Go to Automation > Filter Orders by SKU.
  2. Click Add Product.
  3. Select the SKU you want to exclude.
  4. Click Confirm to save.
  5. The excluded SKUs will appear in the list. You can edit or delete them anytime.

Note: This rule acts as an exclusion filter and takes effect before warehouse routing. It can be used alongside other fulfillment rules.

Routing Logic

During order creation, the system checks whether any order line contains a filtered SKU. If a match is found:

  • The entire order or that specific line item will be marked as excluded from fulfillment.
  • The order will not proceed to order allocation, warehouse assignment, or WMS sync.
  • If no match is found, the order follows standard Sales Order Routing** rules.
