My Agents
The My Agent module in the Item Marketplace platform provides a centralized space for users to manage all the agents you have created. Within this module, users can view a complete list of their agents, create new agents, edit existing agents, and publish changes as needed. This streamlined interface allows for efficient gent management, enabling users to maintain and deploy their automation workflows with ease.
This chapter provides detailed instructions to guide the relevant process and operations within My Agents.

-
There are multiple search methods available, including keywords search via name and description, automation type, status and tags search. If there are lots of agents under your account, please configure the filtering conditions for quick searching.

Please refer Duplicate an Agent (opens in a new tab) to do.
Create New Agents Manually
This section explains the agent permission feature and manual creation operations.
Permission Management
When creating an agent, users are required to define the access permission scope. There are two permission types available to support different publishing and scenarios:
General (Public Access)
It allows the agent to be visible and accessible to all users on this platform, regardless of company or department.
Private (Restricted Access)
-
It makes the agents only visible to the users under the same departments. This type helps protect sensitive tools or internal-process Agents, ensuring clear separation between company or department.
For example, the accounting department owns lots of sensitive reports and documents, and there is an agent to handle these important files. You can set up the agent as private and only choose the account department, avoiding information leakage.
-
It allows you to choose multiple companies and departments.
For example, the agent is designed to recognize PDF files and extract the key information, it’s a general agent so that you can choose multiple departments for it.

Submit & Review Process
Overview
To help maintain the reliability and professionalism of agents published on the platform, we have implemented a comprehensive review mechanism. This process is essential for the following key reasons:
-
Main Overall Platform Quality & Prevent Low – Quality Abuse
The review process helps prevent the inclusion of immature or poorly designed Agents that could confuse users or negatively impact the experience. This mechanism safeguards the platform's credibility and professional standards.
-
Permission Management & Cross – Department Collaboration
Given that the platform supports multiple business modules, the review process also assists in identifying each agent’s intended function and usage scenario. This ensures that the agents are properly assigned to the right department. As a result, resources are better allocated, tasks are more efficiently routed, and long-term maintenance and ownership become easier to manage.
Workflow
After the agent is submitted, it goes through a two-step review process, designated to catch common configuration errors early and ensure quality and compliance.
Automated Review
The first step is an AI-powered automated review that evaluates the submitted agent based on the predefined rules. The specific rules contain the following content, to improve the chance of passing the review on the stage, please make sure all information is complete, even if it’s not required.
-
Application Name: keep it concise and descriptive, clearly reflecting the agent’s core function.
-
Description: provide accurate and comprehensive details explaining the agent’s purpose, key capabilities, and intended usage scenarios.
-
Banner Image: includes a clear and professional visual to help users understand the agent briefly.
-
Video Tutorial: upload a brief video showing how the agent works, helping reviewers quickly access the interaction flow and user experience.
-
Permission Settings: Make sure the access scope is correctly selected, so the agent functions properly after going live.
Note: You can monitor the progress on the My Agents list.
- If the AI review is approved, the status will show Auto Approved, and it will proceed to manual review stage.
- If it fails, the status will be Auto Rejected, along with a reason for rejection. Please modify the agent information accordingly and resubmit.
Manual Review
Once the automated review is passed, the agent proceeds to manual review by R&D team on backend platform. The following content will be reviewed:
-
Verify the agent’s intended purpose, content quality, and business alignment.
-
Perform a trail run to ensure the logic is functional and the agent is stable.
-
If approved, the agent will be officially published and appear on Discover.
-
If rejected, the status will show Rejected, with a detailed rejection reason to help guide your revisions.
Usage Scenarios
There are two main scenarios which trigger the review process.
New Agent Submission
When a new agent is submitted, it will follow the standard process described above. Once approved, the agent will become discoverable in the Discover module and available for users to hire and use.
Post-Approval Updates
If you make changes to an agent that has already been approved, the agent will be temporarily withdrawn and sent back for re-review.
During this period, the agent will not be searchable or available to users - even those who have previously hired it. Once the updated version passes the full review process, it will automatically become available again, with no need for users to rehire it. This ensures that any updates maintain the same level of quality and reliability expected on the platform.
