Ticket Support


For any questions or issues while using the system, find the Ticket Support feature in the bottom left corner. You can submit tickets describing your issues and search for existing tickets by ticket ID, status, or category.

Ticket Support

To submit a ticket:

  1. Navigate to the Ticket Support Page
  2. Create a New Ticket by clicking the + NEW TICKET button.
  3. Choose one of the following categories:
  • New Requirement
  • Training
  • Support
  • Issue
  1. Enter a title and description for your ticket. You can also upload attachments if needed (optional).
  2. Click CREATE TICKET to submit your ticket.
