Setup Printer and Scale
In WMS, printer service is used to manage and connect printing devices. Through printer services, it supports generating and printing various important documents, such as shipping labels, pick lists, inventory reports, etc. Currently, it supports to connect scale device via printer hub, then the system will get the weight data directly.
This article introduces how to install the printer hub and how to configure the scale devices.
How to Install Printer Hub

Navigate to Admin Module > Printer, here list two recommended printers as shown.

Click here to download the Printer Hub application.

Open the .exe file and follow the installation process.

Open the Printer Hub shortcut created on your desktop.

Run the Printer Hub application and connect the printer, there are two methods to connect the local printer.
Connecting the printer via USB
- Locate USB port on the printer, usually it is located on the back of the printer.
- Connect the printer to PC, please make sure that you have the correct cable.
- Start printing.
Connecting the printer via Bluetooth

Please go to Settings > Bluetooth Devices on your computer.

Please make sure the printer Bluetooth feature is enabled and search the new device on your computer.

Add your printer when the name of printer is found on the device list.

Run Printer Hub and you can see the printer you added under INSTALLED PRINTERS. On the left side of the screen, there are two printers. The PDF Printer is to print the bill of loading, ZPL printer is for the label printers.

Start printing after completing the steps above.
How to Configure Scales
The featrue optimized the small parcel operation process, the worker doesn’t need to write weight data manaully. It ensures the accuracy and improve the effectivity.
Pre-conditions: already installed and run Printer Hub application on your computer.
Here are the steps on how to configure the scale device.

Run printer hub application and connect the scale on your computer via the USB cable.

It will add a Scale Module on the left bar, and it will display the Scale Listing on the right screen. It will display the available scale devices currently.
