Small Parcel Shipping
Small Parcel shipping process is available for the Dropship order, it refers to the shipment of small, lightweight packages, typically handled through courier or postal service. This article introduces the relevant operations which begins from creating orders.
How to Create a New Order for Small Parcel Shipping

Navigate to Warehouse Module > Outbound > Order, click Add Order button at the top right corner.

Setup the Order Type as DROPSHIP ORDER, Ship method as Small Parcel. Then fill in the others required information.

Click ADD PRODUCT LINE button to add the product details then click SAVE button to next process.

After creating successfully, it will prompt a success message. Please click OK to close it and you will find your order from the order list.
How to do Inventory Commitment for the Order

How to Create a Pick Task
After completing commit successfully, please refer the following steps to create a pick task for this order and assign an assignee to execute.

Navigate to Order List, select the target order and click Create Pick Task to continue.

Configure the related fields and setup an assignee for this task.

Click Create button if you filled all information you need.
After that, the system will automatically generate a order plan and pick task. The assignee will get the task notification on WMS App. It allows to create the order plan firstly then to generate a pick task.
How to Print the Labels

After the assignee complete picking task, please go to Warehouse > Outbound > Small Parcel Station(New), scan or enter the LP/Task ID or other related information.

Confirm the Qty in the corresponding Package.

Click Batch Update Package button to setup the Weight and Package, then click Update to save the information.

After completing the configuration, please click Print button to print the labels.
