Receive a Shipment
1. On the Tasks screen, tap Receive Task.
2. Tap the task.
3. Tap Request Taking Over Task.
4. If your request is accepted, a green confirmation message appears. Tap GO TO INBOX.
5. Tap the message, then tap GO TO THIS TASK.
6. Tap Task Take Over Request.
7. Tap the specific task.
8. Tap GO TO THIS TASK.
Offloading
1. On the Tasks screen, tap Receive Task.
2. Tap the task.
3. Tap Start Receiving.
4. Tap Offload.
5. Select the load information.
6. Tap Take Photos and add pictures according to policy.
7. Tap CLOSE STEP.
Pallet Setup
1. Tap Pallet Setup.
2. Tap Pallet Summary.
3. Tap the Work tab.
4. Tap the Scan Location icon.
5. Scan the regular location’s barcode.
6. If you already have the labels printed, tap Use Pre-Printed Pallet Label.
7. After all of the pallets have license plates, scan the location for drop off, then scan each license plate. The task is complete If there are more items than listed:
8. Tap + ADD ITEM.
9. Tap the Scan Barcode icon.
10. Scan the item’s barcode.
Serial Number
If a serial number is required, a message in red appears below the item.
