General Sales Documents
1. Navigate to Invoice -> General Sales Documents.
2. Search and view all Sales Documents. Search conditions include:
- Customer ID.
- Customer Name.
- Facility.
3. Select a Sales Document.
4. Click on the 3 dots for more actions.
- Edit - Change details of the document.
- Approve - Approve document for release.
- Delete - Delete Document.
- Download Invoice - Download the Sales Document.
- Clone - Copy the Document.
- Operation Log - View log for the Document.
Add New Sales Document
1. To add a new Sales Document click + Create New.
2. Enter the Sales Document information.
3. Click Add.
