General Sales Documents

1. Navigate to Invoice -> General Sales Documents.

2. Search and view all Sales Documents. Search conditions include:

  • Customer ID.
  • Customer Name.
  • Facility.

3. Select a Sales Document.

4. Click on the 3 dots for more actions.

  • Edit - Change details of the document.
  • Approve - Approve document for release.
  • Delete - Delete Document.
  • Download Invoice - Download the Sales Document.
  • Clone - Copy the Document.
  • Operation Log - View log for the Document.

Add New Sales Document

1. To add a new Sales Document click + Create New.

2. Enter the Sales Document information.

3. Click Add.
