Load Task

1. Tap Tasks.

2. Tap the task in the list.

3. Tap Start Loading.

4. Tap Load Pallets.

5. Tap the Scan Barcode icon and scan the pallets.

6. If needed, review the loading:

1. Tap the Review tab.
2. Tap VIEW PICKED PALLETS for the first Delivery Number.
3. Tap a Pallet ID to view its details.
4. Tap Go Back to return to the pallet details and review any other pallets.
5. Tap Go Back to return to the Review screen and review any other Delivery Numbers.
6. Tap the Work tab.

7. Tap Take Photos and add pictures according to policy..

8. Tap SUBMIT.

9. If needed, collect signatures and print labels:

1. Tap OPEN ACTION PANEL.
2. Tap CARRIER SHIPPER SIGNATURE.
3. Enter the shipper’s and carrier’s signatures.
4. Tap SAVE.
5. Tap PRINT UCC LABEL.
6. Select Print by Load or Print by Order.
7. For Print by Order, select the orders to print.
8. Tap PRINT.
9. Tap CLOSE ACTION PANEL.

10. Tap Take Photos and add photos according to policy.

11. Tap CLOSE STEP. The Load - Steps screen appears.

12. Tap Collect Data.

13. Enter the information and add photos according to policy.

14. Tap CLOSE STEP.

15. Tap CLOSE TASK.
