Item OMS (V3)

  • What’s New
  1. Introduced two new actions in the Orders module:
  • Deallocate Orders: Manually remove warehouse allocations for selected orders. Supports full-order and partial deallocation.
  • Allocate Orders: Manually assign warehouses for order fulfillment. Supports full-order allocation or SKU-level allocation.
  1. Added two toggle options in the Warehouse List:
  • Enable/disable warehouse usage for Order Fulfillment, Inventory Sync, or both.
  • Supports flexible multi-warehouse fulfillment strategies and regionalized inventory planning.
  1. Introduced advanced inventory sync configuration:
  • Product Scope: Sync all products / include specific SKUs / exclude specific SKUs.
  • Sync Method: Based on a percentage or fixed quantity.
  • Sync Rule: Sync actual value or deduct a set value before syncing.
  1. Added a new Order Tracking feature under the Sales module, now you can track the full fulfillment lifecycle: order status, outbound details, package info, and final logistics progress.
  • Enhancements
  1. Optimized Order page load times and search performance for high-volume order processing scenarios.
  2. Hidden the item picture field when creating Purchase Requests.
  3. Added a mapping option to control whether the original SKU should be returned when sending DC back to third-party channels via SKU Mapping.
  4. Updated navigation structure and menu for easier access. Enhanced UI of the Order Tracking page.

Item OMS (V2)

  • Enhancements
  1. Added support for configuring inventory sync at the SKU level via the Product Sync > Select Product setting.
  2. Improved the OMS alert email by sending a daily summary email with all triggered alerts consolidated in attachments.
  3. Refined inventory calculation methods and syncing logic for improved accuracy (for OMS-V2).

Item DI (V3)

  • What's New
  1. Introduced the Agent Factory module for building, publishing, and invoking AI agents. Agents are constructed using instruction prompts, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), tools.
  2. Enhanced the Smart Extractor node feature, now supports document parsing directly from PDF files using AI models. Newly added model support includes Claude-4-sonnet and Gemini 2.5 Pro.
  3. Added encryption for password and client credential fields when integrating connectors, improving authentication security during integration.
  4. Migrated Amazon-FBM integration to DI V3. Users can now configure data syncs for orders, inventory, and shipment status through the pre-built Flow Templates.
  5. Added the Browser Task node to support automated browser interactions, and the RPA Connector to support integration with robotic process automation tools.
  6. Support dynamic variable injection when import.environment is set to Operate Input Schema.
  • Agent Factory Enhancements
  1. Added prompt caching to improve response time.
  2. Introduced Human-in-the-Loop for MCP tools, enabling manual tool verification and approval.
  3. Added support for applying Flow Agent (built-in Agent Factory) to the Workflow section via the Show/Hide AI button to assist users with flow design, editing, testing, and execution.
  4. Support for selecting multiple sub-agents when creating a new agent. Auto-update the parent agent’s name when sub-agents are edited.
  5. Enhanced UI of the agent editing interface.
  • MCP Capabilities
  1. Restructured the Connector module and support for MCP module embedded within item Marketplace.
  2. Added listMarketplace endpoint to support search by provider, server name, or creation date.
  3. Added support for Create, Get, Delete, and Update MCP server endpoints.
  4. SSE-type MCP servers now support the Streamable HTTP protocol (Beta). Users can manually convert the SSE link to a streamable HTTP link.
  • Shopify V3 Migration
  1. Migrated Shopify connector to DI V3, enhanced backend configuration (auth method, supported API endpoints) in the Integration module.
  • Enhancements
  1. Several Flow Builder Enhancements include:
  • Added a Delete button to each node for easier editing.
  • Improved API Trigger node validation, now supports only lowercase letters, underscores (_), and slashes (/), disallowing / as the starting character.
  • API Path guidance and examples are available on hover.  
  1. JSON Schema Configuration Updates:  
  • Support for multi-selection from dropdown menus.
  • Multi-layer sorting is now available in schema definitions.
  1. Added a copy link button for OAuth 2.0 Client configuration to simplify client-side integration.
  • Bug Fix
  1. Resolved an issue where the Shopify Domain field appeared in Common Parameters when configuring the Item OMS connector.

Item DI (V2)

  • Enhancements
  1. Added a Business Type setting in the Download Order configuration for Shopify. Users can now filter and retrieve B2C or B2B orders, enabling more accurate downstream billing.
  2. Added support for mapping the Open Order field from DI to OMS through Inventory Flow, improving data consistency across systems.

Live Chat App

  • What's New
  1. Login & Account Binding: Support users to log in with IAM account credentials, prompted to bind an email address upon first login, and select their department (currently supported for UNIS only).
  2. Chats: Support one-on-one messaging with text, emojis, and image sharing. Pin or unpin chats for quick access.
  3. Contacts: Manage contacts in two categories. Internal Contacts from the Enterprise Directory (synced via IAM/HRM). External contacts like Customers added manually.
  4. Walkie-Talkie Channels: Join or create public and private voice channels. This feature is optimized for quick, push-to-talk communication with real-time status indicators showing availability (Online, Busy, Offline).
  5. Profile Management: Customize profile including avatar, display name, and contact information.
  6. Company and Organization Structure:
  • Integrated with item HRM, allowing company and employee structures to sync automatically via IAM.
  • Admins can manage organizational hierarchies, including creating, editing, and deleting departments or employee records from the backend.
  • Add users to departments manually or via email invitation.
