- What’s New
- Introduced two new actions in the Orders module:
- Deallocate Orders: Manually remove warehouse allocations for selected orders. Supports full-order and partial deallocation.
- Allocate Orders: Manually assign warehouses for order fulfillment. Supports full-order allocation or SKU-level allocation.
- Added two toggle options in the Warehouse List:
- Enable/disable warehouse usage for Order Fulfillment, Inventory Sync, or both.
- Supports flexible multi-warehouse fulfillment strategies and regionalized inventory planning.
- Introduced advanced inventory sync configuration:
- Product Scope: Sync all products / include specific SKUs / exclude specific SKUs.
- Sync Method: Based on a percentage or fixed quantity.
- Sync Rule: Sync actual value or deduct a set value before syncing.

- Added support for configuring inventory sync at the SKU level via the Product Sync > Select Product setting.
- Improved the OMS alert email by sending a daily summary email with all triggered alerts consolidated in attachments.
- Refined inventory calculation methods and syncing logic for improved accuracy (for OMS-V2).

- What's New
- Introduced the Agent Factory module for building, publishing, and invoking AI agents. Agents are constructed using instruction prompts, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), tools.
- Enhanced the Smart Extractor node feature, now supports document parsing directly from PDF files using AI models. Newly added model support includes Claude-4-sonnet and Gemini 2.5 Pro.
- Added encryption for password and client credential fields when integrating connectors, improving authentication security during integration.
- Migrated Amazon-FBM integration to DI V3. Users can now configure data syncs for orders, inventory, and shipment status through the pre-built Flow Templates.
- Added the Browser Task node to support automated browser interactions, and the RPA Connector to support integration with robotic process automation tools.
- Support dynamic variable injection when import.environment is set to Operate Input Schema.
- Agent Factory Enhancements
- Added prompt caching to improve response time.
- Introduced Human-in-the-Loop for MCP tools, enabling manual tool verification and approval.

- MCP Capabilities
- Restructured the Connector module and support for MCP module embedded within item Marketplace.

- SSE-type MCP servers now support the Streamable HTTP protocol (Beta). Users can manually convert the SSE link to a streamable HTTP link.
- Shopify V3 Migration
- Migrated Shopify connector to DI V3, enhanced backend configuration (auth method, supported API endpoints) in the Integration module.
- Enhancements
- Several Flow Builder Enhancements include:
- Added a Delete button to each node for easier editing.
- Improved API Trigger node validation, now supports only lowercase letters, underscores (_), and slashes (/), disallowing / as the starting character.
- API Path guidance and examples are available on hover.
- JSON Schema Configuration Updates:
- Support for multi-selection from dropdown menus.
- Multi-layer sorting is now available in schema definitions.
- Added a copy link button for OAuth 2.0 Client configuration to simplify client-side integration.

- Resolved an issue where the Shopify Domain field appeared in Common Parameters when configuring the Item OMS connector.
Item DI (V2)
- Enhancements
- Added a Business Type setting in the Download Order configuration for Shopify. Users can now filter and retrieve B2C or B2B orders, enabling more accurate downstream billing.
- Added support for mapping the Open Order field from DI to OMS through Inventory Flow, improving data consistency across systems.
Live Chat App
- What's New
- Login & Account Binding: Support users to log in with IAM account credentials, prompted to bind an email address upon first login, and select their department (currently supported for UNIS only).
- Chats: Support one-on-one messaging with text, emojis, and image sharing. Pin or unpin chats for quick access.
- Contacts: Manage contacts in two categories. Internal Contacts from the Enterprise Directory (synced via IAM/HRM). External contacts like Customers added manually.
- Walkie-Talkie Channels: Join or create public and private voice channels. This feature is optimized for quick, push-to-talk communication with real-time status indicators showing availability (Online, Busy, Offline).
- Profile Management: Customize profile including avatar, display name, and contact information.
- Company and Organization Structure:
- Integrated with item HRM, allowing company and employee structures to sync automatically via IAM.
- Admins can manage organizational hierarchies, including creating, editing, and deleting departments or employee records from the backend.

- In-depth Integration of Business Tools, Focusing on Core Scenarios
- JIRA Collaboration Enhancement: Support direct creation of JIRA tasks and status queries in Atlas, with simultaneous support for creating and updating general tasks, enabling "one-stop operation" for task management.
- Seamless BI Tool Integration: Integrate RMS and TMS reporting functions, allowing direct access to business data to generate analysis results, facilitating data-driven decision-making;
- TMS Full-Process Scenario Coverage: For core logistics needs, Atlas has achieved integration support for key TMS functions. Take a practical business scenario as an example: When a user needs to inquire about "shipping costs from LA to New Jersey for Samsung users", simply ask directly in Atlas to quickly obtain the transportation quote (Rate) and initiate subsequent Shipment creation.
Currently, four high-frequency scenarios have been prioritized: Atlas directly supports querying transportation quotes (Rate), creating freight orders (Shipment), tracking logistics status (Tracking), and viewing Invoices, ensuring core business processes "work smoothly and effectively". We will continue to expand functional boundaries based on this foundation.

- Innovative Real-Time Voice Interaction, More Convenient Communication

Two-Mode Voice Dialogue:
- PTT Mode: Press and hold the talk button to send voice in real-time, and the system will automatically respond after releasing, suitable for quick and brief communication;
- Live Mode: Automatically monitors voice input through VAD technology, intelligently judges the end of speech, and generates responses, freeing hands for more efficiency.

Agent Mechanism: The voice model focuses on speech transcription and interaction, while core business actions are undertaken by agent agents. Complex business logic is processed by models with stronger reasoning capabilities, and the processing process is displayed in real-time on the front end, ensuring transparent and traceable operations.

Voice Data Management: Supports saving and downloading voice conversation records, and all voice content is automatically transcribed into text synchronized to the conversation history (Note: The transcription function is based on the whisper-1 model. If the voice environment is noisy or unclear, transcription accuracy may be affected. It is recommended to supplement with text in key scenarios).
- Multi-Scenario Tool Support, Full Coverage of Business Scenarios
- GIS and IOT Tool Integration: Supports calling GIS map tools to display geographical information, and synchronously accesses IOT device data (such as real-time Camera videos, robot dog trigger events), making business scenario visualization more intuitive.
- Artifacts Display Function: A new display area is added on the right side of the chat interface, which can directly embed GIS maps, real-time IOT device screens, etc., eliminating the need for cross-platform switching to access information.

- Unisco Official Website: Added local cache function for conversation history. After users refresh the page, previous chat records are retained, and data automatically expires and clears after 12 hours to avoid repeated questions.
- WMS 3.0: Optimized system prompt structure, reducing Token consumption by 50%; added WMS knowledge base tool, enabling direct Q&A about WMS system functions.
- FMS System: AI Assistant has been integrated, supporting core query capabilities—including basic information query and summary of Orders and Trips, and can provide real-time tracking data such as current location, status, and estimated arrival time of orders/trips.
