Live Chat App

  • What's New
  1. Group chats now support AI-powered interactions with streaming output, making responses feel faster and more natural.  
  2. Added an AI entry point when creating new group chats, allowing you to bring AI agents into your team conversations.
  3. Support for uploading multiple file types for Private chats and Group chats, including DOC, PPT, and PDF, ensuring teams can share resources seamlessly in one place.
  4. Enhanced group admin controls: dissolve a group, exit from a group, or remove members when needed.
  5. Online customer service agents can now establish multi-person group conversations, making it easier to manage customer-related discussions.

  4. Fixed automatic line break behavior in the Cron expression editor.
  5. Resolved HTTP tool CURL import display and editing issues in the flow editor.
  6. Fixed the issue where Updated By and Update Time fields weren't updating when editing workflow settings.

Item OMS

  • What's New
  1. Introduced SKU Code field mapping to SKU for Shein inventory synchronization.
  2. OMS V2 now supports scheduled inventory synchronization with Shein through DI Support.
  3. Support retrieving inventory quantities by SKU Code from OMS V2 and synchronizing them back to the Shein channel.
  • Improvements
  1. Added a dedicated Shein Product menu in OMS V2, sub-menus include: Channel Product, Category, Brand, and Inventory.
  2. Supports product listing, category, and brand selection/mapping.
  3. Aligned the menu structure in OMS V3 with Central 3.0.
  • Bug Fix
  1. Resolved an issue where the total count in the “All” tab of the Sales Order list was incorrect.

Client Portal

  • What's New
  1. Onboard a new customer and added support for Walmart accounts configuration.
  2. The OTIF Dashboard now automatically identifies available data periods and loads the corresponding dashboard view.
  3. Added a Deductions Claim Code Breakdown pie chart under Supply Chain Management > Recovery Portal for improved data analysis.
