  • What's New
  1. Group chats now support AI-powered interactions with streaming output, making responses feel faster and more natural.  
  2. Added an AI entry point when creating new group chats, allowing you to bring AI agents into your team conversations.
  3. Support for uploading multiple file types for Private chats and Group chats, including DOC, PPT, and PDF, ensuring teams can share resources seamlessly in one place.
  4. Enhanced group admin controls: dissolve a group, exit from a group, or remove members when needed.
  5. Online customer service agents can now establish multi-person group conversations, making it easier to manage customer-related discussions.
