  • Improved Hold Order Rule Settings
  1. Extended Tag Filters beyond Shopify-specific matching to support all sales channels. Tag filters are now case-insensitive, allowing users to hold orders based on defined tags.
  2. Enhanced the Order Hold feature to support SKU-level control, enabling users to manage held orders for individual SKUs during manual warehouse allocation.
  3. Improved order splitting logic with a new Redis caching system to prevent duplicate dispatch numbers during concurrent operations for orders containing held items.
  4. Resolved an issue where manually allocated items from held orders were not correctly released to deallocated status after the hold rule was disabled.
  • Enhanced Shein Order Shipping & Product Import
  1. Added support for selecting between platform-designated logistics (such as Shein’s partners) or self-delivery.
  2. The system now automatically populates carrier and delivery service information based on order details, streamlining the label creation process.
  3. Improved Label Generation with direct integration of carrier and delivery service details.
  4. Added new fields to manage packageNo, deliveryNo, carrier, and deliveryService more effectively for new shipments.
  5. Added support for importing products from multiple channels.
  • Sales Order Processing Bug Fixes
  1. Fixed an issue where concurrent processing of sales orders caused primary key duplication errors in the orderExtendData and orderItem tables.
  2. Applied message compression for large sales order payloads to prevent exceeding the 1MB Kafka topic limit, resolving transmission failures between OMS and WMS.
  3. Fixed the Bill-To address field exception issue during order export.
  • Additional Enhancements
  1. Added a new feature to generate Sales Order Reports, including two data analysis reports: Orders Not Sent to Item WMS and Orders Not Shipped.
  2. Added the tenant name to the alert email subject field for clearer identification.
  3. Added detailed error message descriptions for Exception Shipment Orders to improve lifecycle tracking and issue resolution.
  4. Enhanced the system’s ability to retrieve and display merchant information upon login, and improved the clarity of error messages for better user feedback.

  1. Built new flows to support Orderful EDI transactions, covering EDI 850 (Purchase Order), EDI 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgment), and EDI 856 (Advance Ship Notice).
  2. Enhanced Flow Management (Admin panel) with cross-tenant visibility, log access, and real-time status monitoring for improved operational control.
  • CSR OCR Capabilities
  1. Introduced a CSR-dedicated OCR configuration interface for better control and usability.
  2. Restricted CSR access through Item Central role settings, allowing the CRM team to access CSR configuration features only via assigned roles.
  3. Implemented a preview function in the CSR interface for direct OCR result modification.
  4. Added dedicated prompt input fields for Bill-to information, enabling AI-based OCR learning and optimization.

  1. Added field mapping logic for sales orders from Shein, including optional logistics list, carrier, and delivery service fields.
  2. Improved Shein order fulfillment process in Item OMS through data mapping and syncs between systems.
  • MCP Restructure
  1. Restructured the MCP module to improve usability and integration flow, covering:

    • MCP server Marketplace
    • Tool testing and playground
    • Direct MCP server integration and tools calling via AI Chat
    • One-click install to Cursor or Cherry Studios
  2. Enhanced support for OAuth authentication required by the MCP Protocol to strengthen system integration stability and access control.

Client Portal

  1. Enhanced the Recovery Portal with expanded platform support for Amazon and Target, covering comprehensive data analysis.

  2. Enhanced Container Tracking under Purchase > Container Tracking in Item OMS, now supports queries by PO, MBL, HBL, and Container No., providing greater flexibility in shipment monitoring.

  3. Implemented account-based permission controls for the OTIF menu to replace tenant-based access, ensuring each customer account can only view its own data for improved data security and compliance.

Live Chat App

  1. Added the app version number to the Settings page for easier version tracking and support reference.

  2. Updated the AI Assistants list, now includes Customer Insight Assistant, International Translator, Networks Support AI Assistant, Item Sales Email Creator, Atlas, and TMS Order Inquiry Assistant.

  3. Enabled continuous channel message playback even when users switch to other pages.

  4. Introduced withdrawn message notifications for both private and group chats to improve message transparency.

  5. Added a new compliance function to meet Apple App Store listing requirements.
