Item DI

  • What’s New
  1. Support for pulling orders based on the financial status from Shopify, including statuses like partially paid, refunded, or any status. If no filter is set, the system defaults to pulling orders with a paid status.
  2. Added onboarding guides and tutorials to help users get started upon first login.
  3. Added a new feature that allows users to set the country and currency when creating new merchants. Now the system can filter available connected channels based on these settings.
  4. Added the function to push purchase orders to Item WMS and UNIS Wise, and support for retrieving receipt-related info.
  5. Support for multi-language switching: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.
  • Optimization
  1. Optimized the configuration process so that the switches for order download, shipment status updates, and inventory syncs are now enabled by default when a channel is successfully connected.
  2. Support posting a variety of order types to Item WMS and UNIS Wise, including small parcel, LTL, and TL orders. Previously, only small parcel orders were supported.
  3. Implemented a new method for customers to verify channel connections on third-party platforms using a share link. Currently support eBay, TikTok, and Wix.
  4. Added the function to sync new channel connection data to Item WMS and UNIS Wise, ensuring that Item WMS and UNIS Wise receive orders from newly connected channels.

  • What’s New
  1. Integrate with item POS, covering the following scenarios:
    (1) Push purchase orders and sales orders to item WMS.
    (2) Enable Automatic Receipt selection when creating a purchase request.
  2. Integrate with ByteDance ERP, supporting the following functions:
    (1) Push and cancel purchase orders and sales orders.
    (2) Return of RC and DC.
    (3) Sync Products.
    (4) ByteDance ERP gets inventory data from item OMS.
  3. Introduced the mail service to send order reports to users, including Excel files detailing orders with abnormal fulfillment status.
  4. Support for pushing purchase orders to item WMS and UNIS Wise.

  1. Support orders displayed in multiple currencies based on merchant settings.
  2. Added package information on the Create Label page to ensure accurate calculation of shipment fees. This helps avoid discrepancies between estimated and actual costs when shipping orders.

  4. Support data sync of shopping cart updates when logged in on multiple devices.
  5. Support data sync of tax fee updates.
  6. Enhanced product fuzzy search, allowing users to search by product name, barcode, etc.
