Item DI

  • MCP Capabilities
  1. Upgraded SSE server links to Streamable HTTP URLs, available in two entry points:   From Workspace > Merchant > Connectors, after creating a connector, users can directly copy the streamable URL. From Agent Factory > MCP configuration, MCP servers function as tools callable within agent workflows.  
  2. Enabled MCP tool selection, allowing users to choose specific tools when multiple MCP servers are enabled.  
  3. Introduced parameter validation logic for MCP servers built via the Integration feature, filtering unsupported tools to ensure operational stability.  
  • Integration Module Restructure  
  1. Added a new entry to access Connectors from the Integration detail page (in addition to the original path via Workspace > Merchant > Connectors).  
  2. Split the Integration module into User and Admin panels for managing creation, editing, and logs separately. Admin users can toggle between views.  
  3. Enhanced the UI layout, introducing new fields for each integration:   Business Type Rating Status Settings (Popular Tag, Availability toggle) Key Features Readme Instructions Q&A Section  
  4. Updated integration logs sorting, now ordered by latest execution time for better traceability.  
  • Flow Module Restructure
  1. Migrated Flow Template management to Admin panel, with user/admin view toggling for editing and viewing logs.  
  2. Added UI enhancements for templates, adding fields such as Template Name, Tags, Description, and Active Status.  
  3. Added filters to My Workflows, allowing users to filter by Flow Name, Trigger Type, Flow Type, Status, and Updater.  
  • FTP Integration
  1. Introduced support for Sage100 via FTP, enabling syncing Sage100 inventory data via FTP and pushing successfully processed files to item WMS V2.  
  2. Upgraded the file upload service to S3 storage service to enhance stability.  
  • AI Assistant Capabilities
  1. Introduced AI-guided connector creation, supporting:   Step-by-step prompts to define connector name, type, auth method, and detailed configurations. Auto-detection of required info based on selected platform.  
  2. Support for connector creation when using the Connector node in Workflow building by manually or AI-assisted.  
  • Workflow Performance Upgrades
  1. Rebuilt the RPA module architecture, adding a flow template to support sync tracking info from item OMS to Bushel44.  
  2. Introduced rate limit thresholds for API-based flows (not applicable to cron-type flows).  
  3. Added token expiration alerts to the Connectors section for easier credential management.  
  4. Support for retrieving product info from Shopify and syncing it to Item Master in WMS triggered by a flow template.

Item OMS

  • What's New
  1. Added product existence check during the order routing process based on SKU availability, validation of the add new product rule switch, and configuration rules.
  2. Added products validation for manual order allocation.
  3. Inventory sync with PIM now supports case-insensitive SKU matching.
  4. Enhanced sales order events: merged creation and cancellation events into a unified message stream and sorted by order type
  5. Improved dispatch rules logic for SKUs without existing inventory records.

  • What's New
  1. Atlas Platform and TMS Agent Integration: Enhanced support capabilities through seamless integration.
  2. AI Assistant in Group Chats: Add the AI Assistant to any group chat for real-time, AI-enhanced collaboration.
  3. Expanded AI Message Actions: Add new options for AI responses, including Copy, Forward, and Refresh.
  4. Group Chat Enhancements: Create and manage group chats with support for @mentions to notify specific users.
  5. Enhanced Message Options: New Quote, Forward, and Copy actions are now available in both private and group chats.

Item WMS V3.0

  • New Feature & Enhancements
  1. Inbound

    • Integrated with Cubi Scan to enable warehouse workers to capture and record item dimensions.
    • Added validation to require the Sub RN Type field for complete LP setup.
    • Implemented synchronization of receiving inventory from WMS V2.0 to WMS V3.0, enabling putaway operations within V3.0.
    • The WMS App now supports manual returns to the ASRS.
    • Introduced the Item VLG attribute and added a suggested VLG to guide putaway task execution.
  2. Outbound

    • Improved the partial close logic to prevent order status from incorrectly switching to "Short Shipped" upon closure.
    • Introduced an order binding field to streamline the order pick processing workflow.
    • Optimized the printing of case UCC labels via CLP.
    • Automated the movement of unassigned inventory from pick tasks associated with a closed order plan to the LIW location.
    • Added Order, Item Name, and Quantity fields to the Review Package Detail list and made package selection a required option.
    • Added a Processing Order List to the step page under Opportunity Pick > Order Pick from Wall and made package selection a required option.
    • For Opportunity Pick - Stage to Wall, added an "Unstaged SKUs" option in the step menu to display all items that have been picked but are awaiting staging.
    • Optimized the robot pick logic and workflow.
    • Added functionality to send wave data to Libiao when the pick mode for the current plan is set to robot pick.
    • Supported communication with Local Connect via Socket.io for transferring information to Libiao WES.
    • Add a Tote Transfer section under the task menu, allowing user to navigate directly to the search page.
    • Added support for generating transfer task.
    • Added a notification to Libiao to cancel sorting when a robot pick order is canceled or rolled back.
    • Implemented an auto-adjustment mechanism for situations where sorting inventory is insufficient (Robot Pick - CLP Bonding).
    • Enhanced the order filter to support more dynamic fields.
    • Add two new opportunity pick settings: Allow stage multiple SKU to same slot and Scan each item on Order Pick Step.
    • Supported auto-population of package information and dimensions after scanning a CLP at the small parcel station.
  3. Inventory

    • Added a goods type attribute to the New Inventory.
    • Added case quantity and goods status (damage, expired) to inventory report, supporting display the inventory by LP.
    • Introduced container-based filtering options in the inventory search functionality.
  4. Integration & API

    • Added support for automatically releasing the assigned dock when a task is closed.
    • Optimized the user interface of the Batch Pre-Print Shipping Label page for improved usability.
    • Added a "Select Repeat Orders" button to the Add Order Plan page and optimized the user interface.
    • Introduced support for the Consolidated 856 EDI feature.
    • Added a "Partial Shipment Ticket Closing Disabled" option. When enabled, the system will not send data to the DC immediately upon creating a shipment ticket.
  5. Report & Label & Dashboard

    • Optimized the single SKU Carton Label design for Angelcare.
    • Updated the email host used for delivery reporting.
    • Added a Robotic Sorting section under the outbound menu, including tab pages for sorting packages and bonding history.
    • Introduced support for recording robotic bonding history.
    • Enabled printing of customized CLP labels during outbound picking and CLP bonding processes.
  • Bug Fixes
  1. Inbound

    • Picked inventory incorrectly became available immediately after the putaway task was closed.
    • Implemented a restriction to block putaway task submission when the Receipt status is "Closed" or "Force Closed" and the Inventory status remains "Receiving".
    • Inventory status would remain "Receiving" even after the associated putaway task was completed.
  2. Outbound

    • WMS App printed a UCC label for only one DN even when the task contained multiple DNs.
    • Fixed a failure that prevented batch printing of orders from within the order plan.
    • DN status did not update to "Packed" after the associated Pack Task was completed.
    • The BOL was missing the Reference No. and PO No.
    • Fixed a discrepancy where the workflow time did not match the task creation time.
    • The resulted in an incorrect PU date being shown on labels.
  3. Inventory

    • Added the Billing Grade field to the Inventory Backup Service.
  4. Integration & API

    • Resolved an issue where combined pictures were missing from the generated DN and RN PDF files.
  5. Report & Label & Dashboard

    • Fixed an issue where the inventory schedule list only displayed customers associated with the current facility.
    • Resolved a failure in generating the daily inventory report.
    • Added missing container size and trailer size fields to the Activity Report.
