- Cin7 Omni Integration
- Added support for integrating with Cin7 Omni, enabling the following data flows:
- Retrieve Sales Orders (SO) from Cin7 and push to OMS
- Sync tracking numbers from OMS back to Cin7
- Retrieve Purchase Orders (PO) from Cin7 and push to OMS
- System Enhancements
- Added a tenant-switching entry under the application name on internal system pages, allowing users to switch tenants without re-login.
- Added a Merchant filter to the My Flows list for quicker flow lookup at the merchant level.
- Optimized the default Flow Name generation rule, now following the pattern: MerchantName – TemplateName – FlowSuffix.
- Added support for pushing Lot No to the Additional details field on Shopify orders when syncing tracking numbers.

Support integration with NetSuite, enabling automated order, fulfillment, and shipment data sync across systems. Data flows include:
- Retrieve orders from Shopify and push to NetSuite as Sales Orders (SO).
- Retrieve New status Sales Orders from NetSuite and push to Unis Wise/item WMS to create Outbound Orders (DN).
- Sync push results back to NetSuite via the DI PUSH WMS DN NO. field and the Memo field on the Sales Order (ACK).
- Assign fulfillment warehouses based on predefined Order Routing logic.
- Sync carrier, shipping method, and delivery service info from Unis Wise/item WMS back to NetSuite (DC).
- Sync orders with Shipped or Parcel Shipped status from NetSuite back to Shopify.

- Added the ability for users to enable the order merge rules feature, allowing multiple orders under defined conditions to be merged for fulfillment (Automation > Sales Order Routing > General Rules > Merge Rule Settings).
- Enhanced Exception Order Alert Email to include merchant-level reporting for faster troubleshooting.
- Added support for emailing customers a Drop ship Order report for all Shopify drop ship orders from now until next January. (V2)
- Fixed incorrect Tenant ID for orders pushed from OMS V3 to Wise V2.

- Alert Email Notification Enhancements
- Improved email notifications for Exception Orders in OMS V2 and V3 to provide more actionable info:
- Added a Data Channel column to identify the originating channel for each order.
- Enhanced the Reason field to include specific SKU and warehouse details.
- Added validation logic to prevent empty notifications and exclude normal orders from exception reports.
- Order Routing Enhancements
- Enhanced order routing logic to support simultaneous configuration of Assign Warehouse by Accounting Code rule and General Routing Rules.
- Drop ship Order Reporting
- Added support for emailing the Warehouse Operations team a daily Drop ship Order report for all drop ship orders, effective from now through next January. (V2)
LSO
- Back-end Integration
- Added support for receiving LSO orders and transmitting them to OMS for downstream processing.
- Added support for order routing query that enables precise routing determination.
- Delivered a general-purpose order query interface for WMS to retrieve standardized order data during fulfillment operations.
- Atlas Chatbot Integration
- Integrated the Atlas customer chatbot into LSO. Users can now interact with Atlas for basic logistics-related inquiries directly within LSO.
