Create/Import Products

In order to add products navigate to Products -> Single Products and select +Add New. There are 3 ways to import products into PIM.

Creating Single Item

1. Manually upload an item one at a time by filling in the product information.
2. Save Package Template will save a product's package dimensions for easy use on other products.
3. Once saved click Repack Dimension to select an existing template.
4. Click confirm to finalize product information.

Bulk Import

1. Download an excel template to bulk import multiple products at once.

Import From Channel

If a Channel connection is already established (either through PIM or another Item application) products can be directly imported from that channel using this option.

Search and Edit Products

The search bar can search any product in the master list.

The Missing Data checkbox will filter products with missing information. The No Mapping checkbox will show all products not mapped to a channel.

After selecting any number of products, functions will appear on top.

• Bulk Edit - Allows for quick editing multiple products in the search results. Click save to finalize edits.

• Convert - Converts UOM of products selected to the respective unit (cm, in, kg, lb, oz).
